Dr. A was super sweet and knowledgeable. Went in with my 9-year-old Newfoundland. She had a yeast infection, and they took such great care with her to help her stand up when she decided she had stood long enough and laid down. Love this clinic and it's staff!
This has been my only vet since 2012. Every pet I've brought has been handled with love, not just care! 10/10 communication and empathetic employees. Last year, my Jack Russell terrier came in for allergies, walked out with a goodie bag and a picture with the 'Easter bunny'! Just last week, my boy cat Lou, with Cerebellar Hypoplasia, passed suddenly. I brought him for private cremation at a very decent price. I received him back yesterday with a beautifully gifted care bag. The staff signed a beautifully touching card that brought actual tears to my eyes. I also received his paw print, a displayed lock of his beautiful fur, and a lovely box with his engraved name. I have moved to a different city but I will always, always come back for the incredible human touch.
All the staff was very helpful and answered all my questions as I get very nervous when my cats are sick hopefully my adorable Butters is on her way to recovery thank you VCA
My puppy Mousse had an eye issue on a Saturday. Most vets were closed. Emergency vet would have been hundreds of not a thousand $ They worked us in and treated him correctly. Thanks
The technician wrapped a wound on my dogs leg with tape and gauze. As I was going outside the tape came off. I went back in and had it rewrapped. When I got home I had to wrap it again. All after being charged 87$ for just the visit. Not happy with today's visit and will post a review. ............ My Dog Max was on seizure medicine . I was getting low and since I had prescription filled at Publix I called in for a refill. Publix had sent several faxes to get authorization from them. Never got a response. I was never notified from VCR if there was a problem with filling prescriptions. I had to put Max down however the lack of concern from them is unacceptable !! You never know what vet you will get since they don’t stay there long.
