The Entire Staff is Courteous, Respectful & Compassionate! The facility is clean and well set up with strong procedures in place. Staff understood mine & my Dog's needs as brand new clients! Staff gave me a ton of patient feedback, explained procedures fully. My Pup adjusted well, so within the first hour, he was promoted to join the social living room area, for his size. His first visit; he did way better than I expected because the Staff showed care, support and understood Pup's needs! I appreciate finally being ready to take my little precious one to daycare & he made a new Furry Friend! Blessings & Gratitude.

We had a prior bad experience at another kennel, so I was a little nervous about leaving Grace while we went away. However, the staff at Greenlin West were incredible! A few hours into the first day, they called us to let us know how Grace was doing, and we were able to see pictures of her daily! We don’t go away much, but when we do, Grace will definitely be staying at Greenlin! It’s so comforting knowing they have your pet’s best interest in mind and they really love what they do! I highly recommend them to anyone!!

My 11 year old dog has been coming to Greenlin his whole life. He absolutely loves it, and so do I! The love & care your fur baby receives is the next best thing to home. 💜 You design your dog’s stay at the resort. There’s activities galore for the highly energetic, including an in-house swimming pool! There’s always something fun for them over any holiday. All of the staff across all the locations are fantastic. Greenlin West location just had my boy for an extended stay, and they were truly phenomenal. Daily updates with pics of your pet having fun, and progress reports for the doggie daycare. Five star service & establishment….I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. (nor would he go!) I highly recommend Greenlin Pet Resorts to anyone with a pooch!
