These people do a terrific thing. When our companions have to leave this world behind, I can't think of a better way for it to happen than what they do. Professional, caring, kind, respectful, and any other terms that mean the same. None of us want to have to say good bye. But when it's time to do so, my trust will be here with them.

I can't say enough about how compassionate and empathetic they were when I explained how Zod had been struggling and how I wanted him to pass in peace at home. The vet they sent was wonderful and she explained the whole process in a gentle manner even while myself and my grandmother were sobbing over losing him. But he got to pass with dignity and knowing he was loved, and that's what is important. As an additional gesture that touched my heart, they wrapped his ashes in a bit of the blankie I had wrapped him in before he was put in the burial shawl for cremation. I didn't expect that and when I saw it I cried because of how that was such a beautiful thing to do. The facility itself is gorgeous and the respect and kindness we were shown definitely made a massive impression. I can't say enough good things about these folks. Thank you for helping me through the hardest decision I've ever had to make.

We recently had to say goodbye to our 17 yr old soul dog. Making the call to Peaceful Pet Passage was the hardest thing I have ever done, but I am so grateful we were able to work with them. Every person we spoke with or interacted with from PPP was so kind and compassionate. They helped to make the hardest experience of our lives something truly beautiful and I cannot express enough gratitude for their services.

Most recently, my cherished border collie, Finn, who lived a long full life was laid to rest at home in peace without trauma in an environment of love & support, falling into painless peaceful eternal sleep. The compassionate veterinarian and team member took care of Finn like he was their own family member. I had to say goodbye to my 14 year old kitty Harpo yesterday. Dr. Morgan was so very kind and compassionate to both myself and Harpo. She took the time to listen and assure me it was the right decision. I'd also like to thank Mr. Steve who came in after the procedure and so lovingly put Harpo on the little bed and pillow. You all make this dreaded time just a bit easier. Thank you for helping Harpo make his journey to the Rainbow Bridge

More than pleased with how well they took care of my dog Nettie-Cheyenne. She was never once out of my sight throughout the whole process. Although I still have her remains with me, they got everything right about her cremation and memorial. She’ll be laid to rest with me in Tabor, Iowa when my time comes too. As far as I’m concerned, Peaceful Pet Passage is the very best!
