Horrible experience. Brought an adopted cat multiple times for visits , When I called and said he still wasn't well , they wouldn't see him and was referred to Urgent care where he passed away that day . Never received any follow up from VCA. They deleted him out of their system same day, all records removed. Never heard from the office again. Both the Urgent care and Vet insurance sent condolences. Nothing from this office. Im truly surprised at the lack of compassion.

I can't even begin to give enough praise to this practice and all the employees and vet techs. I have had five dogs and they have cared for and loved each one so much. And they have been with us even when they crossed over. Our current pup was in for testing all day today and was so well taken care of all day. I thank all of them for making everything better.

I love this practice! They are consistently caring, compassionate, and thorough. They fully explain every procedure and medication, and there’s no pressure to do more than I am comfortable with. I’ve gone here for years and have seen various veterinarians, and I never fail to be happy with the care my cats get.

I've been taking my Golden Retriever here since he was a puppy back in August 2016, and have had nothing but positive experiences. The vet techs are all extremely friendly and helpful, and Dr. Kinneman is wonderful with my furbaby. My dog literally get's so excited to come to the vet - and this is after he had his neutering surgery here! He waits by the door in the exam room for Dr. Kinneman to come in and gets so excited to see her. Dr. Kinneman and the staff never try to push expensive tests or anything - most of the time, I am worried over nothing and they save me money. One of the vet techs recommended a while back that I get my dog pet insurance because he had eaten several things, and was likely going to keep doing so - so I did and saved a lot of money and peace of mind. They are very accessible and always make room for last minute appointments when something goes wrong. I was googling them to check their hours today and saw the negative reviews and was SO surprised - I've been very happy here!

This is the place to take your pets. We followed one of their vets (Dr. Kinneman) from puppy to the rainbow bridge with our beloved dog (almost 18 years). They were incredible from beginning to end (and I hate to say it, but especially at the end ... they were so caring and delicate with the end of life decisions). These folks truly care. Yes you will spend money, but you'll do that anywhere. It's far easier to write that check when the person taking it is an animal lover just like you!

Loved this smaller facility! We saw Dr. Graham there the most. I chose them because out of ALL the practices in the area, they were the nicest and most knowledgeable when I called. Other places were rude or didn't even know what their canine distemper vaccine even included( there are different types, 3-way, 7-way etc). When I had to put my dog down they were SO understanding and even scheduled us at a time that was quiet, which I appreciated. They are also very good with my grumpy cat and they've ALWAYS given me a broken down estimate for every visit. If you want one, just ask. They offered but weren't pushy about vaccines, products or treatments either. Very nice doctors and staff overall and I recommend them highly.
