I wish I had a great experience with Dr. Emily Marcus as others did in the reviews. She was not compassionate nor did she ever find out what was wrong with my dog and instead added and added so much on to the bill making it over 3k. I took my dog to another vet and they found out what my dog had without adding so much to the bill and actually SHOWED compassion. My dog is now in surgery & is recovering. Anyways I'm switching all three of my dogs to this other vet. This is why people hate vets.

I appreciate Dr Marcus and the staff more than I can say! It’s clear that everyone there really cares about the well-being of the animals. Dr Marcus discusses all of my dog’s health details with me and I trust her judgment when it comes to the best diagnostic and treatment options. She worked with me on testing options to still make sure my guy was taken care of since his needed repeat visits made it challenging financially. I don’t know what I would do without them!

**IMPORTANT NOTICE** do not buy any medications straight from their office. They price gouge but you can ask them for a prescription and fill it at your local pharmacy. They prescribed our dog prednisone and amoxicillin and tried to charge us $130 at the office. We asked for the prescriptions and bought the two medications at CVS $25. Also be careful with the vets here, they tend to be glorified salesman and try to persuade you into paying for a bunch of things you don’t really need but they know how much we love our furry friends and can use that to their advantage to rack up the bill.

Came here last week because my dog was very sick. They got him seen right away. Unfortunately, he passed away but the compassion from the vet team in our time of grief was unmatched. They worked with us on price and even gave us a last 2 hours with him where we were able to take him to get chicken nuggets. As much as it hurts that he is gone, he went to the greatest animal hospital in AZ and his last moments were beautiful.

Dr. Marcus and her staff are amazing. She caught cancer in my dog early which allowed us to have some extra time with him and I’ll be forever grateful to her for that. They have also helped us with our extensive paperwork and vaccine schedule for our other dog when we moved to another country that was quite strict about what pets are let in.
