Description The Cavalier Rescue Foundation of Arizona is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization. We are a small team of volunteers dedicated to rescuing neglected and/or unwanted Cavaliers and placing them in qualified and loving homes throughout the Valley. All of our Cavaliers are owner turn-ins, breeder surrenders, or rescued from puppy mills. Our mission is to help every beloved Cavalier find a forever home where they will receive the lifelong care and attention they deserve.
If you have ever met a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, then you know just how amazing they are. They are sweet as can be. I've been the proud mommy to two darling Cavaliers. I was thrilled to discover that some extraordinary people are doing their best to rescue some little darlings. These rescues need some TLC, a foster home, an adoption and a better place to grow strong and bring joy and happiness to a loving new family. Trust me they will bring much joy to your life.
We just adopted our third dog from them. They are a wonderful rescue and we have had great luck with our dogs. 2 of the 3 were fosters that we decided to adopt. Only 1 was an actual Cavalier, the other 2 are Tibetan Spaniel and Cavapoo. This is a great cause and a very caring group.
This is an outstanding rescue with caring, loving, professional staff. We adopted a Corgi from them and everything we were told about our "Buddy" was accurate. Everyone from the rescue was knowledgeable, competent and trustworthy. They are in this for the right reasons and I would HIGHLY recommend the Cavalier Rescue Foundation of Arizona to anyone!
I had such an incredible experience with the Cavalier Rescue Foundation. The individuals involved truly care about animals and their happiness/wellbeing. They are passionate about placing dogs with the right home. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
Caverlier's are very unique breed. The establishment of the breed in the late 1920' was not scientific. The popularity in the late 20th century created some breeders that have been less than careful. Thus, so many Caverlier's have more serious health problems. They are an expensive breed to own. Besides regular grooming, Vet visits, unique health problems are COMMON. I know from experience from our 12 yrs. with a beautiful and loving caverlier. Please Help the Rescue By Donating.
