Our regular vet sent us here after our dog was not getting better from pancreatitis. We were able to get in with internal medicine specialist Dr. V the same day. He was very thorough and kind. We are very glad we took Stan to this specific location even though there was another location that was closer to home. Unfortunately, our dog was still not getting better and we had to rush him back after a not great morning. Dr. V was out of town at a conference and he still took the time to talk with us through a very tough decision. We have the utmost respect for him. We unfortunately had to put Stan down. Everyone was very kind to us throughout the whole process. They even sent us a beautiful bouquet afterwards that was very appreciated.

I am. Health care professional Dog was very ill With violent consistent sneezing caused her to bang her head on the ground when sneezing was bleeding from her right nostril She is an otherwise very healthy dog The Pearl ER Dr was great he treated the acute symptoms but violent sneezing, head bumping into the ground and bleeding persisted I called the ER back twice because wanted to speak with the ER Dr about my now very distressed dog was not allowed to talk to the Dr - rather the person on the phone read me my post discharge instructions which I had read - told me to call their medical team Monday at 9am !! I decided to go to a full service Scottsdale Vet hospital difference in treatment was “very positive experience” They took my very sick dog to triage immediately vet saw her and was able to witness the violent bloody head bashing sneezes my dog was experiencing - Dog taken to the OR as an emergency and operated on. The surgeon authorizing the immediate surgery already had an OR full of scheduled patients! That’s what I call great service!! The drs at the hospital took time to communicate diagnoses and treatment plans . Today they sent a note asking how our dog is recovering- their focus is on providing great customer as well as competent Vet Services They will be my go to provider in the future Having been an ER Trauma nurse for many years when emergencies are more than the expertise of the ER Dr - A specialist is called either for advice or they come in and take care of the emergency!! Blue Pearl Hospital didn’t call or ask how my dog was doing - guess they didn’t care - They did want to know how THEY DID with our visit

My 6month old mini golden doodle got sick and everyone at blue pearl were so kind and so caring. It made it easier knowing I had to leave him there for the night. Hey took such good care of him and he was loved by all the vet techs♥️ thank you blue pearl! Love Joey!

This is the second time I have used Blue Pearl emergency hospital for one of my pets. Both times I received very professional and caring service. They also do not overcharge in my opinion for emergency services. The veterinarian that I spoke to was very thorough and caring. While I was waiting in the lobby to get the news about my pet, several other pet parents walked in, and we’re all greeted promptly and triage very quickly.

Brought my 3 year old frenchie girl in at 11:30 pm after her being sick and hospitalized at another facility, sent home but had more complications the next day. They were all very nice, caring and got her in the back right away. I was very happy with the service they provided and the medication they put her on as well! She is on the mend now and feeling much better!

I brought my senior pup in on Saturday for stroke-like symptoms and fortunately they got him in and checked out within 2 1/2 hours. The staff were all kind and the doctor was thorough and reasonable in his approach. They offered various treatment options and were far more reasonable than other emergency veterinary offices we’ve used. I got a follow up call from the nurse the next day and when I called back I was able to speak with her and get answers to my follow-up questions. It’s very comforting to know that they are available to provide treatment to my pets any time of the day or night.
