I wish I could give a 0 star or better yet a -10 review. My dad adopted a long haired English Bulldog for $400.00. We were told she had worms but is at the end of treatment so take her out more than usual. This amazing dog Daisy had explosive diarrhea to the point she didn't even know she had to go. We took her back for treatment for $180.00+ fee. No change in Daisy's condition after the meds or change in food. We were told a culture was needed for $2-300.00 and antibiotics for $500 for the 1st week. The vet said we got a group of dogs from Miami with a bad bacteria. After a stern message to Mandy she agreed they would cover that cost. The culture showed nothing. Due to the no resolve and the episodes of diarrhea exceeding 10 × a day and the weight loss of 11+ lb my dad returned her to Mandy. He was assured he would receive the $400 adoption fee but not the vet fee to Mandy's Husband. As of 8/12/24 and today is 10/5/24 no check. We desperately love Daisy and know she is locked in a cage in a store room next to the ASAP VET CLINIC IN BROOKSVILLE FL defecating on herself until the next person adopts her. DON'T DONATE OR ADOPT FROM THIS PLACE THAT CALLS THEMSELVES A RESCUE. GOD LOVE THE ANIMALS THEY "TAKE IN FOR RESCUE". It's a money making scam that only the animals suffer as do the people who adopt. SHAME ON YOU FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ANIMALS AND THE PEOPLE WHO LOVE THE ANIMALS THEY ADOPT!

If I could not give any stars on Google I would. I don’t know how/where to start but don’t buy from this rescue. They claimed our new puppy received an exam and given a clean bill of health before signing her over to us just to find out that she has a 6/6 heart murmur and a congenital defect that the MD should have heard on the exam they stated they did. After notifying the rescue, without question they refunded me in full her rescue price. This wasn’t the first thing that felt off to me. After going back and forth with Mandy through texts trying to receive a head to toe assessment in my dog in hopes my insurance would cover the 10K insurance she needs to get done to live, Mandy finally responded after days stating that the doctor never examined her then proceeded to block me because I “threatened” to report them. So not only are they committing fraud on their medical records but they are rescuing out sick pets without acknowledging it to any of the adopters. Now I’m questioning if my pet even received the vaccines they stated they gave in her paperwork. Again, do not buy from them.

Ziggy’s went above and beyond to help me save a bearded dragon that was very much neglected by its owner. Not even 24 hours after taking the beardie to Ziggy’s he looks so much better! He may actually have a chance! When we called them to ask if they’d take him, even though they didn’t specialize in reptiles they didn’t hesitate to do everything they could to help! I cannot thank you enough!! You’re a lifesaver!!

They are excellent people. I got a special dog there but I had to return her. She bit 3 people.She was very protective of me. YOU will not get a refund on your money. I was hoping to get maybe another dog but not that either.I loved this little dog but she wasn't ready for more than one person.I got a bad rap on FB saying I didn't give the dog long enough.Probably so. But I couldn't let her bite anyone else..how long do you keep them when they are biting?I begged for this dog and prayed it would work. But after she bit my husband 3 times and the neighbor twice..it's time. I still love her and it truly broke my heart no matter what Mandy's opinion about me on Facebook is...She just got mad because I felt ripped off because I got no money or dog. Quick to judge.Any other behavior from the dog I could've managed. But not the biting. She was 5 years old and had such a bad life. She wasn't even potty trained and I was working on that.I hope she finds a great home and I praise Mandy and her crew for saving all these babies like they do...they are gifts from God for animals....God Bless them and Phoenix..Rhonda Farley
