Dr. Gietzen took amazing care of my baby and addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner. My dog was having seizures and then all of a sudden he took a 360 turn and was acting lethargic. They got him in for a MRI and Spinal tap ASAP. After a day filled with anxiety they still answered all of my questions (I had a long list) and made sure we were all on the same page regarding medications, aftercare, and risks. I really appreciate everyone's compassion and for taking care of Phin. It is the worst feeling in the world to leave your baby somewhere where you know they are scared and confused. I would definitely recommend this place especially because for specialty care we don't have many options in Las Vegas! Special shout out to Jen, Aubrey, and Fiore. You guys make a difference when you lead with kindness and it shows!!!! Thank you!!! P.s. the rooms are pretty clean and you typically don't have to wait that long!

The vets here saved our dog. We are very grateful. However, there’s one vet here who’s definitely burnt out and maybe even depressed. I know there’s a high suicide rate in this field so I feel sorry for her. Before we met her or even introduced ourselves, she told us “sorry for the long wait, all the dogs are dying today”. It was very cold, awful bedside manner and our dog was about to die from a routine surgery. She went on to diagnose our dog with a rare disease and said if it was her dog, she would put the dog down. 1 day later a different vet came in and said no, it’s not that disease and she would not recommend putting her down. It’s been a couple of months since and our dog is doing great. We are thankful we didn't listen to the first vet and we hope we never see her again.

It’s unfortunate when we have a sick fur baby but it does happen..my vet referred me to LVS Center and had a great experience with the staff and doctors. With constant updates and thorough explanations, they truly are attentive to the situation and helpful along the way. I would recommend if your fur baby needs any emergency or critical care.

if i could give this place zero stars that would be my review, i showed up at 5:20 pm with my cat and they knew we were coming in from another vet that had sent us there, there was nobody in the lobby, no wait time, all rooms were empty. i wait 40 minutes before a nurse even comes to talk to me. she then took info and then told me she was going to run eye exams and she’d be “right back” i then waited another 56 minutes til i went into the lobby and told them where is the nurse, she then told me “all hands” were on deck for a critical case which mind you they had about 8 employees there that were standing around daydreaming when we showed up and again waited another 30 minutes for her to come in and tell me my cat was not a priority after she said she was going to brb for eye tests , she told me i could try the one in henderson after waiting for nothing for 3 hours almost. would not recommend especially if you value your time and pets safety. if my cat goes blind i will be suing them

Kelly in the rehab dept is amazing. My Frenchie loves her and she has not helped him once but twice after slipped disc surgery.

I met with Dr Olivencia-Morell and Dr Mason. We took our 9 month old GSD puppy who has hip dysplasia. I really appreciated how they took all the time we needed to explain options, what each option cost, the recovery, and long term outlook. They answered all our questions. It’s one of the most thorough visits I’ve ever had with a vet. I felt heard, I trust what they said, and I would 100% do surgery with them if he ends up needing it. I appreciated their honesty and all the time they spent. I’ve had pets most of my life and had a very complicated dog prior to his passing so I’m familiar with specialists (not saying they were bad, I’ve been very fortunate to have amazing vets) but this clinic really is set apart. Huge thank you to the doctors and all the staff.
