We've used a couple different vets in town but Dr. Julie and her staff are the absolute best. They go above and beyond every time. Dr. Julie is very thorough in explaining everything and always takes time to answer questions. We are so grateful to have a wonderful veterinarian to care for our babies.

I was there Monday 1/29/2024 in the morning. I had to wait for 3 hours even it was emergency because I did not had a appointment. My dog was blooding in her mouth. Anyway we saw the doctor Julie and she said my dog have a tumor in her lower jaw and then she took a x-ray to conform. Doctor said she could not help my dog then gave a phone number for specialist and a name for medison to stop her blooding which I bought at E-bay (which took 4 days for delivery) that was all she did for my dog. I brought two dog at the time and she look at the the other dog and his tooth need pull it out. she gave us a quotation for pulling tooth out. I paid $238.00 for the 30 min. service for phone number, name of medison and quotation. Next day I called the specialist and made a appointment for 3 weeks later because that is all they had. I called Dr. Julie again and try to get some pain killer for my dog but they never return my call even I called 3 times. I understand there is nothing she can do for tumor but at least she should give me a return call and maybe a pain killer for my dog because we need to wait 3 weeks to see a speialist. The only vet in town that actually has your dog’s best interest at heart. Not in it for the money, no BS, and an incredible sense of empathy for your pet. We rescue dogs and she believes in what we do. I just can’t say enough nice things about her. My dream is to move back east so I could be closer to my family (Vegas just isn’t for me. I need the beach in my life). However the only thing holding me in Vegas is Dr Julie. It’s no secret. I just can’t imagine finding a veterinarian like her back home. So I am in Vegas for the duration, because my dogs mean the world to me. They are my children. And she is a part of our rescue family.

I recommend her to all of my clients and the mobile dog groomer. She really knows what she's doing and I've never had a problem in fact always the opposite she really cares about animals and she knows her stuff. . Her new office is great as well

I'm really relieved and grateful to have found Dr Ylarde's practice. She and her team are caring and succinct. Dr Ylarde's expertise in behavior brings additional depth and dimension to her diagnoses and treatments. Office operations hours may seem to be a tight window - know that this is a small practice that provides QUALITY care. This means that maintaining reasonable hours is a critical part of the equation. As with any Drs office, make an appointment for your pet's and your best experience.

Great staff, very caring toward my dog. Low cost vax which I really appreciated. Dr.Julie is a vet who cares and I feel confident that my fur baby is getting the best.
