Hailee did a wonderful job with my golden doodle! We’ve used PetSmart for the majority of his life for grooming—and this has probably been my favorite haircut to date! We like to keep him really short and I asked if she could make sure his paws were completely clean and I could not be more thrilled with the results. We will definitely be booking with her again!

I was denying service today, even though I have taken my one year-old ShiTzu for over a year because I wanted to leave him with long hair and it was not convenient for the employee to spend more time brushing the hair even though I was willing to pay extra money But they rather have dogs with short hair Their excuse was the hair was really tangled, and their recommendation was to cut all his hair and take him every five weeks And my reply was I take him every four weeks and they always trying to decide the haircut on my dog even though I like my shiTzu with long hair they even denied giving him a bath today And I believe it was because I changed my appointment from a haircut to Bath and extra brushing so they rather lose a customer that it has been going there for over a year Then a few bucks. worst experience

Extremely disappointed with my dogs haircut. I asked Hailee B to cut his tail like a lions tail and instead she just left it as it was. Not only did I pay $100 but I even tipped her and she rushed my dogs haircut. She chose to cut a big dogs hair before my miniature poodles haircut thinking I would be okay picking him up 5 hours later. I will not be going back. Such a waste of my money and time.

I had been bringing my dog to this location for Doggie Day Camp for years until I learned they were only putting my dog in camp for half the day but still charging me for the full day of camp. When I confronted management about being overcharged, they made up various excuses and gave me a couple half-days of camp for free. However, I learned today they recorded those 'free' half days in their system as delinquent on my account. I tried to clear things up with management, but they wanted nothing to do with it. After being overcharged for who knows how long and then being falsely accused of having delinquent camp days on my account I will never give this company my business again.

Their grooming salon is top notch. Listened to what I wanted, did a great job, and Alyssa treated my old, weak Aussie Doodle with gentle care.

Don't use the grooming company here! I took my small dog in to get his nails trimmed and they used the blue leash and nearly suffocated my dog. They hire anyone and don't care if who they hire is abusive to animals. The lady was just standing there while my dog was coming back to me and was pulling the choker leash back making it suffocatingly tight. I stopped using this location for normal grooming because the lady was trying to clean someone elses dog that had an extreme mite issue and causing it to bleed all over the table and the dog was constantly crying and she just told it to shut up and hit it on the nose. They have a vet on site and refused to ask them for help. Don't use this location, find a different one. Find a place that loves animals and won't abuse them! There are plenty of other choices.
