Our first experience with South Buffalo Animal Hospital was due to a pet emergency. We had just moved I to the area and didn’t know where to go. We were blessed to find this safe haven for our pets. Our pets are part of the family and have had the best medical care and communication a veterinarian office could provide. I promise you….our experiences have been of the utmost highest standard pet care any fur-parent would want for their fur-babies.

The best Vet practice I have been to! Phones are answered promptly without excessive hold time, staff is pleasant and welcoming. We are given a room quickly avoiding any “confrontations” with other guests. We are seen by Dr. Sharma and he is conservative in his approach in that he doesn’t recommend unnecessary services or products. I leave feeling respected and knowing my critters are in great hands!

I was going to find another vet, due to travel and construction. After dealing with Dr. Sharma and Dr. Yin I will be staying with South Buffalo Springs Animal Hospital in the future (hopefully only for wellness visits)! The front desk also showed amazing customer service. EmJay is feeling much better now!

The staff was able to take care of our needs as a walk-in and was able to help out our little Tobey's upset stomach. Awesome Doctor and Staff! Now our Little Tobey is eating and running around basically back to normal! Thank you All!

I’ve been coming here since Sylar was 6 weeks old and he turns 8 in a May. I am unable to give another Vet office the opportunity because I have been very happy with everything South Buffalo offers. I have yet to encounter a single employee who didn’t give great service. They truly make you feel like they genuinely care. Thank you!
