My boyfriend and I took a visit into this store earlier today and we were so pleasantly surprised. I personally have been looking for a new pet store to give business to because my morals don’t align with big companies like pet co or pet smart. And going into here was such a breath of fresh air. They had the litter I needed and unique and fun toys for my ferret. And best of all, they keep their ferrets together, and in a tall and wide cage for them to climb in with blankets and pellet littler. Unlike pet co which keeps 8 of them in a glass case the size of a cardboard box full of hamster fluff. And my boyfriend noticed that their reptiles were separated and had their own lovely little enclosures (he knows much more about reptiles than I do, but he was very impressed!). And their fish weren't kept in those miniature food containers petco/pet smart uses, they were in taller and slightly wider containers, which are much more suitable for fish. And lastly, we went to the cat area. We found a medium sized room with three kittens inside. Guests are allowed to pet the kittens and say hello to them. Which I personally think is amazing, because these cats have a chance to get aquatinted with people and learn trust before being taken home! And the best part, we named this all black kitten boots, because he would not stop laying on and biting mine and my boyfriends boots. And when we told one of the employees about it, she said “tell me about it!” And pointed to her own boots. She also had her own name for the cat “Mr.Big Paws”! To me it showed just how much the employees care for these animals. They dont just toss them aside and leave them in awful conditions, they care for them and love them. Overall I 100% recommend this pet store and I will personally be going here for all my ferret/pet needs.

Lenia did an excellent job grooming our little dog giving him the cutest cut. Lenia is friendly, patient, professional, and the excellent work speaks for itself! Ask for Lenia!

I absolutely love this place, it is small, clean and well stocked. We had a hard time finding the food we use for our dogs and found this little pet store carries it! So glad we found them. They have self dog washes, grooming, shelter kitties for sale, birds, snakes, fish and other pets. Everyone was very kind and extremely helpful! This was an absolutely my new hobby pet supply store.

Friendly and welcoming staff who are happy to suggest items for your beloved pet. Great groomers. Cindy is the best. I love the coupons I get in the mail for discounts on food and grooming and their online rewards system. As long as I live in this side of town, I’ll be a customer of theirs.

My daughter shops at Pet Supplies Plus, often, and takes our friend's Yorkie for grooming. She noticed that they had a self shower area, and we took my dog for her 1st shower experience. As I get older, it is harder for me to give her a bath/ shower at home. My daughter helped me out and we finished quickly and my Dog, was very happy. It is the perfect solution for giving your Dog a clean safe shower. I plan on continuing this on a monthly basis. The store is neat and clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Grooming is safe and secure. We were in and out in less than 15 min.

My dog was groomed here multiple times and this last visit he had the cutest cut and looked absolutely adorable💖The groomer who did his visit will definitely be getting my request for her again!her customer service is outstanding and the care she gave my fur baby is greatly appreciated!👍🏽👍🏽
