We contacted Nevada Pet Hospice when our sweet dog's condition had deteriorated to a serious level, with no relief from the many meds and treatments provided to him. Not wishing for Duffy to suffer any longer, nor have to cope wth the usual traumatizing anxiety of a visit to a vet hospital, this was the best decision we made for his well being. From the first contact by phone with Denise, we were met with the most compassionate, understanding individuals. Dr. Toby Goldman came to our home the next morning, after contacting us twice by phone to update his arrival status. He spoke to us at length, helping us cope wth our decision and the emotions and stress of the moment. We were able to take all the time we needed and he talked us through each step of the process. Duffy was at peace for the first time in a long time before taking his last breath. As painful as this was for us, and still is, we are ever so thankful for Dr.Toby and Nevada Pet Hospice for easing us through this journey with their kindness, professionalism, and deep hearted compassion.

Dr Toby is the best! Nevada Pet Hospice was just wonderful in helping our Heidi across the rainbow bridge. Dr Toby was so comforting and caring. He really helped to turn a difficult decision into something beautiful, with helping our sweet baby girl finally be at peace. We received the ashes quickly through our regular vet office and they included a few extra touches including a hand written note from Dr Toby personally naming each of us that were present that day. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Dealing with having to say goodbye to your beloved pet is a terrible experience as we know, however Dr. Toby was beyond compassionate, genuine, thoughtful, and gracious. He was respectful, informed us each step of the way and didn’t rush us as we gave our baby boy Cooper his love. We are so grateful to have found Dr. Toby Goldman and Nevada Pet Hospice. When we suddenly realized that it was time for our big boy to leave us, we felt somewhat lost. Dr. Toby was so kind, compassionate and reassuring. He thoroughly explained the entire process to us and allowed us all the time we needed. He is very empathetic, and he calmly talked us through this difficult process. Dr. Toby's love for animals is apparent in how he tenderly and respectfully interacted with our boy, helping us to realize that making this difficult decision is really the last gift you can give to your beloved pet. Being able to go through the process at your own home where everything is familiar, and with family, is really a blessing.
