Let me start by saying that Dr. Rachel Schneider and the staff at Pebble Maryland Animal Hospital are amazing and compassionate people that I honestly believe are there first and foremost due to their love and dedication to the health and well being of our furry friends! Make no mistake, any business that exists is there to make money, from a restaurant to a retail store to a veterinary hospital, but you can always tell the type of people who's passion for their work exceeds any other motivation. That rings VERY true for Dr. Schneider, the staff, and the management at Pebble Maryland. There's more though. Not only are they there to help our furry angels, but they understand our love as well, and they 100% understand our anguish when something serious goes wrong with our loved companions. I was in tears seeing my 9 month old puppy so sick with pancreatitis. Completely inconsolable. I thought she was going to die, and she very well could have. I visited and called "other vet hospitals" who were more interested in getting money up front and had no provision for an emergency like this if you couldn't pay them on the spot. Pebble Maryland, however, walked me through the process of getting Care Credit, which I did right there from my living room. Within minutes I was approved and out the door with my puppy to see the vet. I can't even express the immense compassion shown to both our puppy and to us by Dr. Schneider and the Pebble Maryland Staff, and I will never be able to fully articulate my thankfulness to them. Within a few days my puppy was home and recovering with the proper meds and food for her condition. Fast forward a few more days and she is not only back to normal, but happier than ever due to her new food (Hills i/d) prescribed by Dr. Schneider. My puppy is CRAZY about this food! I will forever be thankful to Dr. Rachel Schneider and everyone at Pebble Maryland Animal Hospital for what they have done for us. They are heroes in my book, and I could not recommend them strongly enough. 5 stars is a joke. I give them 5000 stars!

Dr. Schneider is AMAZING! Molly absolutely loves her and it is evident that Dr. Schneider returns the love. Dr. Schneider goes above and beyond in everything she does. She answers all my questions and takes the time to explain everything herself. There are other doctors at Pebble that are great, but Dr. Schneider is the BEST!

Went in for their April Dental Special. The staff was nice enough, but the whole experience was an up-sale from the moment you walked in the door. We were aware that all shots and vaccines were to be current, so we scheduled the cleaning after her annual visit to her Primary Veterinarian, and brought in paperwork showing she was up to date. Upon arrival we were told she also K9 Flu vaccine, something we never have administered to our pets. But we were to be refused service if we didn't have it done. After watching a few other people argue their flu shot policy, we reluctantly conceded to having the Flu Vax given to our dog. Overjoyed to have checked the box stopping them from arbitrarily extracting teeth, as we were later called with an 'Emergency' that required her to have 2 teeth extracted. The Vet insisted one of them was infected and couldn't wait. This had to be done immediately to the tune of $1600. More if we waited, and had to pay for anesthesia again. We accepted the record of what they found then declined and went for a second opinion. Overall we sided with the second opinion, and did not extract any teeth. The facility is nice and clean, and the Vet we saw was polite and nice. But as a whole the experience wasn't appealing as it felt like we were viewed as cash cows, and their goal was to milk us for what we were worth. Regardless of my pet's health and well being.

I used to really love this vet. I’ve been going for 5+ years. The work here has declined. Rude people in the office. I personally can’t handle rude staffing. If they’re rude to me, it worries me about how they treat my fur babies when I’m not there. I book appointments and then have had staff tell me they forgot about a specific service my dog needed and if I wanted to bring her back to get it done. No, that should’ve all been done instead of taking her in and out of the room multiple times. It causes more anxiety for her. Pebble used to be great but for me personally, I will be going somewhere else. Please come here with caution.

April 2024 Had what we thought was a mini crisis with our little dog & found our vet had retired & didn't know what to do. After calling around for a while, THIS WONDERFUL FANTASTIC FACILITY fit us right in ☆ andAndAND they are right down the road. ... how great is that ?!☆ Fortunately it wasn't a crisis a'tall but she was in distress & they got her right ☆ Dr A was great ☆ The techs were great ☆ The facility overall was great ☆ They didn't charge me as an emergency ☆♡☆ ABSOLUTELY we are going back!

This has been far the worse vet clinic I have bring my dogs to. They gave me a completely wrong information about my pets health treatment, then called animal control saying I denied medical treatment when the Vet Garcia never cross a word with me. At the visits all they said my pets were good and needed antibiotics, pain medication, antioxidant spray. Please don’t visit this vet clinic they are very unprofessional and the supervisor at the front desk ( tall, thin, with glasses girl) is super rude. They will only want your money they don’t care about the pets!!
