We visited one time so far. The doctor was very nice and we got vaccination for our Chihuahua . Got some gifts and nice bag. Got check up and all info we have been interested. For the visit you have to call like a day before appointment that you really coming. Arrive little earlier and call from parking that you arrived and the stuff going to invite you in. Everything was fine. Only we made appointment like almost a month ahead because all days where booked. But we needed check up and got some questions.I would recommend this place.

The staff, especially the nurse was soooo kind!!! Actually took time to be calm and patient and sweet to my pup. You would think that would be normal practice w a vet but it hasn't been my experience ever, usually just rushed in and out. Great experience. Animal lovers and not just money grab!

The vet and personnel at this office are tops. They genuinely care about your pets and want them to be cared for efficiently by finding out what is causing the issues. I wouldn’t want my pets see anywhere else 😊😊😊🐶

Going to the Vet can be a worrysome and stressful time. We have had nothing but good experiences with the VCA animal hospitals here in Las Vegas. The staff at the VCA Warm Springs though are definitely our favorite and are always excited to see our little one.

What a great vet clinic VCA Warm Springs has been for me and my cat Teddy! Poor Teddy’s been having some lack of eating issues, and is so talkative, but when he got more chatty than usual I took him down and the doctor and her friendly, welcoming staff were able to see Teddy, comfort him, and diagnose his issue; now we have him on special cat food to fight off kidney disease. Thanks for caring for my cat, I’ll definitely be back! A few bits of advice: I shouldn’t have to convince your staff to honor the Yelp deal of a free initial exam; that’s the selling point that had me choose your clinic over Aloha, which is also close to my home and had similar good reviews. Especially when (tying into the second point) the cost is so high do all of the initial lab work needed to take care of Teddy’s needs. I paid more in one visit than I do for 3 months of my own private insurance (my company is too small to provide it and I have a chronic condition), so a little more empathy for the cost would be appreciated. Thanks folks!
