Listed as an emergency clinic but told they are not when you show up with your animal that is having an emergency. Vet was standing there when we pulled up and was told that he was leaving for the day and could not see our animal even though their hours are listed until 8pm and it was only 7pm. Clearly they do not care about all animals, only their patients. Would not recommend.

They work with watching over whiskers and their TNR program. I was able to bring 3 stray female cats for fixing and they worked with us on getting them in quickly. The surgeries went well and the cats were able to be released back with their family

Dr Weddle and his staff always take care of my critters and at a reasonable price. They never try to push unnecessary items to things in me. I have never doubted his care.

I took my dogs to this vet because he had good ratings at the time and he’s close to me, but after a few years and multiple bad experiences - I am going to start driving my dogs 20 minutes further to another vet. First off with belittling me and trying to talk down to me and patronizing me as if I’m a stupid child. (I’m 41 years old). Then when you told me one year when I asked - “If the other vet couldn’t, then we won’t be able to either.” Then a year later, - ask “Why don’t you have us take care of it? It needs to be done.” Then when I mention I asked before and you told me you couldn’t, your response was - “I seem to think I’m good at my job” !? NO. YOU MOST CERTAINLY ARE NOT. Then I get my injured dog stitched up and take her home. Where she FREAKS OUT in the e-collar so I have to bring her back in to have her stitched up again and after telling you she can not wear the e-collar, you offer NO other options. Thus, her chewing them out AGAIN. I will not bring her there to have them taken the rest of the way out. Last straw was when I asked what was wrong with my dogs ears. He’s always shaking his head and sensitive to touch and I was told they look fine. There’s nothing wrong. 6 months go by and it’s gotten so bad that we can hear the liquid and he’s screaming out in pain every time he shakes his head all day every day. So I took him to another vet and now I’m going to have to pay hundreds of dollars because he has so much puss in his ears that the new vet is going to run one antibiotic after the other and have to flush his ears just to find the source of the infection. Oh and let’s not forget when I paid to get a bump removed from one of my dogs and paid extra for labs and after multiple calls to them and no calls back on the results - I brought it up the next time I was in there 6 months later. I called TWICE today to have my dogs’ records forwarded to the new vet. Was told call #2 they were sent and would be sent again. 6pm - new vet still has NOT received emailed records. Do not go here. The ladies at the front seem nice, but it’s misleading because the vet does not know what he’s doing and he has ZERO communication skills.

These folks are great! Extremely helpful, timely appointments, and very reasonable prices! They also have nice and clean facilities and treat pets like guests! My dogs actually look forward to going to the vet!
