We have a very stubborn Great Pyrenees mix and she had an ear infection and needed her dew claws trimmed. They were VERY calm, professional and understanding. They successfully got ear medication in her ear, and her dew claws trimmed. Highly recommend them! (And so does our gentle giant 🥰)

I would give 10 stars if I could! I cannot say enough good things about this clinic!!!! Dr Jay and his staff consistently go above and beyond for my animals. We live on a ranch and I have an Aussie that manages to get hurt all the time. Dr Brekke has saved his life a handful of times and I will forever be grateful for his compassion, knowledge, and communication. I will NEVER take my animals anywhere else. I have told everyone I know about Dr Jay and his clinic and they have all made the switch and say the same thing!

Doctor Jackie is so great! She ALWAYS makes me feel welcome and, more importantly, doesn’t push me to buy more than I need. She always weighs my financial situation (which is rare in a vet) and informs me of all of my options. I moved 45 minutes away and still travel to see her and her team at Brekke!

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Brekke and his team. I'm actually bringing a new puppy in next week, which will be the 3rd dog we've trusted to their care. The staff is amazing - super knowledgable, super friendly (they actually remember who you and your pets are, and greet you like a friend). And the office itself is CLEAN, which I feel like should be a given, but I've learned from visiting other vets in the area that, unfortunately, it's not... We've had some seriously challenging medical issues with some of our pets. The team at Dr. Brekke's office went above and beyond to help us every step of the way, treating our animals like their own. Our family, and our dogs, will be customers/patients for life.

Brekke and Dr. Jay are hands down the best there is! Covid brought me and my golden retriever pup (3 months at the time) to Denver and we were referred to Brekke. Jay was Autzen’s vet for the 6 months we were there and he sees him every time we visit (which is often). He did his neuter, pup exams and vaccines. As a first time dog owner, I had so many questions and Jay was so thorough in his explanations. When Autzen and I moved to Dallas when he was 1.5 years old, he suddenly went into an Addisonian crisis. At the time, I didn’t know he had addisons, and being that we were new in Dallas, we didn’t have a regular vet. I had gone to the 2 different vets and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. When we found ourselves at the emergency, I contacted Jay because he knew Autzen best, and he was a godsend. He walked me through all the tests being run, suggested different testing depending on the ones being performed and reviewed all results. Even from 2000 miles away he was checking in on Autzen. If that isn’t a vet that cares about his patients, then I don’t know what is. When Autzen and I visit, Jay is our go-to for his addisons upkeep. If you need a vet, look no further than Brekke, your pets will be in the best of hands!
