The facility is nice, HOWEVER... The lady in charge of the women's dorm, is IGRONANT, DISSRESPECTFUL, and DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE WONEN!!! I believe that her name is ASHLEY. She talks to women as is she is their highly stressed, ANGRY UNINTELLIGENT mother, and that they, the women are her 2 year old children. The rules are to stringent, also!!!!! horrible experience.

Stayed here off and on thru 2019 thru 2021 only thing good is the food here, only than that they didn't have no programs to help you get back on your feet, they will kick you out after 7 days, or they will reject you from even going inside the facility. And will mess with you while you are sleeping. Terrible experience. But karma is real, when you have no idea who you are messing with. And what it can cause for the world.

Too many Chiefs and not enough Indian's equal's. short on staff. And no extension on the stay causing me to be homeless for 30 More days before I can come back. Bedbugs on the ironing board then they expect you to pay for your stay with 180$ in EBT

A pretty nice place to go especially if your new to Vegas! Signing up was fast and easy. Free meals and the biggest chocolate cookie I have ever had! Downside is my curfew was l2:30pm

Dinner meal is great if you like popcorn as a main course, 5-leaf "salads", waiting in a line of freakish psychopaths forever in the cold because "security" is worthless and lets anybody cut the line, and an obnoxious staff that abruptly cheers about how they're exploiting you at least twice while you're "eating". Will never go back, wish I never went.

When it's all said and done are there a few good souls here willing to help? Yes. We are grateful for the opportunity to have come here to show our children how NOT to treat people. Their are many wolves in sheeps clothing here. Management looks out for their own interest not the people. When staff break rules or the favorites of staff break rules and it gets reported. THE BEST RESPONSE WE HAVE BEEN RECEIVING IS I will talk to them and no consequences. Things get swept under the rug or I HAVE EMAILS STATING PEOPLE WILL GET TALK TOO AND OH HERES A GRIEVANCE PAPER. BUT NOTHING CHANGES no meeting, no consequences, no nothing. ONE INCIDENT WHERE WE WERE TOLD THE SECURITY TEAM WOULD BE TALK TOO WE AGREED NOT TO WRITE A GRIEVANCE AFTER BEING TOLD THAT THE ISSUE WOULD BE ADDRESSED AN INCIDENT TOOK PLACE THE VERY NEXT DAY Goes to show how "I WILL TALK TO THEM SOLVES PROBLEMS so i guess a thumbs up for effort. THEY TOOK AWAY OUR FEVER MEDICINE( which was approved by our worker JW)AND OUR CHILDREN BURNED UP ALL NIGHT WITH FEVERS AND HAD TO BE TAKEN BACK TO HOSPITAL THE NEXT DAY. AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS AND CONTACT OUR CHILDREN SUFFERED THE NIGHT IN PAIN. THIS IS DOCUMENTED AND WE WERE TOLD " HERES A GRIEVANCE FORM" Our children could of had seizures or possible brain damage from over heating. AND WHAT WERE WE TOLD "I APOLOGIZE HERES A GRIEVANCE FORM". HOW WOULD THAT FIX OUR CHILDRENS HEALTH A GRIEVANCE FORM IM CURIOUS PLEASE EXPLAIN? We had to remove our whole family of 11 because of constant DISCRIMINATION AND 0 CONSEQUENCES FOR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED except our family members. 100% discrimination. We received a message that we would all be exited on the first OF JANUARY...that was YESTERDAY.. Was ANYBODY GOING TO GIVE US A 30 DAY NOTICE or anything to prepare?? THEY WERE KICKING OUR FAMILY OUT ON THE STREETS ON JANUARY 1ST. NO HEADS UP NOTHING. Did what was THE BEST POSSIBLE OPTION FOR OUR CHILDREN. Had our belongings packed the night before and left. THIS PLACE WAS DEFINITELY NOT THE OPTION.
