Everyone here has been absolutely wonderful in the treatment and care of my cat! I've been with Dr.O'Brien for my last three cats and I've never once had a single complaint. My poor baby has had some medical issues arise in the past year and not once have they let me down with their outstanding care. 100/10 care!

Absolutely love the hospital staff, from the front desk team, nurses and doctors at our Banfield, we are always given top notch care. Doctor O’Brien is always extremely thorough and answers all of our questions.They treat our kids and us like family and we couldn’t be more appreciative of the level of care they provide.

Staff is great at the location- this review is for the wellness plan. Don’t just walk away- RUN. They come up with every excuse not to cancel the membership. They overcharge you for regular visits. Example: my cat, who had ONE regular visit with vaccines, apparently went over the charges for his wellness plan with that ONE REGULAR VISIT (no X-rays, heck, didn’t even get neutered) and the customer service reps were trying to tell me that his visit went over the amount of the plan (which is supposed to include all of that) and I will have to pay on top of the normal amount for the next 5 months before canceling AFTER the year membership. They said the amount for the ONE visit was over $400. They also said that if I didn’t CALL THEM after the 5months that the overcharge amount won’t cancel and I WOULD NOT be refunded for over paying. What a scam! No vet charges this much for a regular visit. Do NOT go through Banfield. Find a regular veterinarian.

Stop sending me messages to leave a review. I left a complaint and showed up for a different dogs appt (driving 45 mins one way) your tech made me sit there and kept saying we were going to be seen until she went and spoke to the vet. After waiting over 30 mins then they told me to go elsewhere. So your tech refused treatment for my dog and so did the Vet. Worse Banfields around. They never even called like they were suppose to to inquiry about the issue. Any vet who thinks a crate trained dog is being vocal because they don't like the crate and that they have crate anxiety, instead of thinking they need to use the bathroom baffles me. My dog pooped all over himself, he had his teeth cleaned, vomitted, and no one thought to call me and tell me. I didn't find out u til about 3pm that day. He came home smelling like poop. Yes, they are IDIOTS. It was about the money and not what was best for our dog. I love Dr. OBRIAN, but the rest I can do without. We have moved on to another Banfields and will not return to this one.

This post is nothing against the staff, because they do their jobs well and we never had an issue with them personally. I am giving it a 1 star because of the Wellness plan - which is supposed to cover the expenses of multiple vaccines and whatnot but it seemed like no matter how much we paid a month (which got up to $250 a month) we would still have to pay out of pocket fees when we went there. At some point we were disappointed and wondering what we were even paying for if we kept having the out of pocket fees. When we tried to cancel it took us almost a year to pay off all the stuff on the account and when we were finally tired of it we ended up dumping about $1,500 into it just to finally cancel our wellness plan. Overall it was terrible and I don’t recommend it at all. Again, the people here are helpful and knowledgeable, but the Banfield wellness plan is a total scam
