I was a welcomed last-minute walk-in appointment. They took care of my dog quickly, and my dog left happy. I will be going there from now on with both of my dogs. Very affordable as well.

Super friendly and fast care givers! My Palmer receives monthly injections for ongoing treatment of Addison's disease. The Dr and staff have made this "chore"become a fun routine.

I absolutely love coming here. The staff are so sweet and caring and will talk to your pets like you do. The whole process as a new patient with two animals was so fast. Also the prices were so much better than anticipated. I went in to it not knowing because my fur babies need it no matter what and at the very end after EVERYTHING that was done, I was highly satisfied with the pricing and the service provided. I will always come here. Very good people that work here, I couldn't be more pleased.

I have been using this place for a few years now and never had any problems with them before but my recent interaction with them has me going somewhere else. I made an appointment to have a cyst removed from my dogs leg. I showed up early and sat in the waiting room. I waited for over an hour and a half and almost got skipped over by someone who showed up an hour after me. Luckily the front receptionist intervened and let them know I was there first. So finally after speaking to the surgeon she said she wanted to do some labs to see if the cyst was cancerous. I agreed and she did the tests. I was told I would receive a call in a couple of days for the results and they never did. I called a few days later to see what was going on and fortunately the surgeon was there and I spoke to her and she told me the tests came back inconclusive as to if the cyst was cancerous or not and also that she wasn’t comfortable doing the surgery due to the location of the cyst. Fair enough. But why did I get charged $500 for a test that came back inconclusive??? I paid for basically nothing. Total waste of time. I took my dog to Academy on Western the next day and they waited an hour as a walk in and got an appointment to do the surgery next week. Very disappointed. I’m not saying their service should have been free but $500 for nothing??

please please please don’t ever take your pet here if it’s an emergency!! i rushed my cat here when she was barely breathing and the doctor turned us away and made us go somewhere else. please, save the time and go to another place. this is a sorry excuse for an animal “hospital”. EDIT: the reply saying there’s no “record” of me and that my negative review is wrong is because i was turned away. they never took my name or anything. i told them what was wrong and the doctor told us to go somewhere else. i promise you, the review is for the correct place. furthermore, it really doesn’t seem professional to try and say my review is “wrong” and ask me to delete it. i’m saying that they turned me away, obviously there’s no record of me.

I went in with what I felt was an emergency! They couldn’t have been any kinder, professional and caring for what I was worrying about! I will always use Dr. Altman and his fantastic crew.
