Description Our Downtown Clinic is the main wellness center for the Southern Pines Healthy Pet Clinic. Our clinic was founded in 2009 to help provide affordable spay/neuter services and accessible wellness services for community pets with a mission to nurture the bond between people and pets.

My kids and I took our 1 1/2 year-old dog here, aka the downtown clinic, for his annual shots and to get his nails trimmed. Also, I received a flyer in the mail regarding a study on medicated dog food that possibly rids them of fleas and ticks. Plus, the clinic provides other helpful benefits such as heartworm meds, check-ups, and credit from the clinic for future visits and/or necessities. Unexpectedly, our dog actually qualified for all of these free services. I am so thankful I took the time to question 5 different staff members about the case study, which eventually paid off in my favor. All of the workers were extremely friendly and affectionate especially towards our family pet. Absolutely outstanding. Thank you for all you do for the community! We very much need so many more places to step up and do this for the public, and to help with the population. Super great staff, easy in and out drop off and pick up. Great communication! Highly recommend.

I did not have to wait at all. I'm sure there are times when there are lots more there than today, and you may have a wait. Buy well worth it. The staff and veterinarian are so friendly and professional . Very low reasonable prices. I been using them for a couple of years. Give them a try! You won't use anyone else I promise you.

I'm so glad I found out about the clinic shortly after moving to Hattiesburg (a town I immediately fell in love with). Being able to get affordable and highly competent care for my two elderly dogs is such a relief and the staff is awesome!

The SoPines clinics are the BEST!! The staff is always lovely and they treat me and my pets with individual care and compassion. They offer great care at a great price, which is so rare to find! I've been taking my rescues here for years and the service has consistently been wonderful.
