I took my American bully in for his annual shots I was totally amazed with the staff I was so comfortable with the care that he received he was so happy Maverick really liked his doctor this is the first time in a long time I have felt this comfortable at any doctor's office especially when it comes to my fur baby
I hesitated whether I should leave a review or not but for the sake of some people who might read this, I am leaving one. I'm a first time dog owner and my puppy was diagnosed kennel cough. I fed the medicine prescribed and the puppy fell asleep. Then after about 2 hours, she started to gasp for air and coughed, while being lethargic and having trouble standing up. Panicking, I immediately went to the hospital again. I initially panicked because I thought my puppy was having an allergic reaction to the medicine and when the vet suggested we take a X-Ray because she heard something in her lungs, I agreed to it. The X-Ray came out to be okay and the vet recommended that we switch over to a tablet antibiotic because it is possible that the liquid antibiotic could have gone into the lung if given too quickly. I also thought switching over to a different type might suit my puppy better because each type of medicine works differently. Being a first time owner, I appreciated her recommendation and agreed to the switch, but I did express that I would be buying antibiotics twice and the one back at home would be of no use. After hearing that, the person assisting the vet told me that some sort of refund might be possible through HR, given that I only gave one dosage. Then, the HR person came out and asked me to give him a summary of what happened. I asked if he didn't hear from the other person but he made it sound like he didn't so I went ahead. After my explanation, he tells me he knew what happened all along because he already heard about it. Then he said the switch is just a recommendation and I don't have to get it if I don't want to pay for the tablet type. He ends with "It's just $25" for the new type. Firstly, I didn't know the new type of antibiotic was $25. If he knew as he was coming to tell me, he should have known that I wasn't trying to save money but proceeded to talk to HR because I was suggested of the idea. Why would I bother taking a X-Ray or even get a puppy if $25 bothered me so much? The way he put it and his tone instantly made me some sort of a cheapskate. At that moment, I realized that this conversation was meaningless. Maybe I shouldn't have listened to the person who suggested a sort of refund in the first place, I don't know. I just made the payment and left, deciding not to get the puppy package I was heavily leaning toward and not to come back again. I never went to a vet in my life before, so I don't know if the charge I was given was cheap or expensive. The breeder did tell me it was at the higher end. Regardless, I tried to see how my pet and I were treated. To sum up, the vets are nice and amazing. HR? Not so great. Hope this review helps and my puppy gets better!
We were stressed when we brought our cat in but the Dr Lance helped us tremendously and was very kind and patient with our concerns and questions. He suggested treatment and explained each procedure. He is a very caring vet to the animals and to the owners. I highly recommend him and the whole office.
Phenomenal! The receptionist was SO empathetic and was able to squeeze us in given the urgency of the situation with our dog. They are one of the only vets I found that will do a diagnostic ultrasound and have a traveling specialist if needed. When we got inside the facility was clean and aesthetically pleasing. They let my dog wait in the car and when we went back to see the doctor and techs they were all sweeter than pie and helped us to solve our dog's mystery illness that had her not eating for 5 days. The cost was beyond reasonable and we would go back a million times over. One of the best vets I've had the pleasure of seeing.
They actually had a vet that would see my serama rooster for an emergency visit within minutes of calling when all other pet hospitals in the area would have had me waiting hours to get him help. The vet and vet techs were very kind and gentle with my little guy. They were able to get his beak cut and ground down so he couldn't further injure it. I'm happy to say that he's doing much better now thanks to their speedy service and knowledgeable vet/vet techs. Thank you!!
I had an emergency with my sugar glider and they were the only ones able to take him in. The staff was very friendly, and the doctor was knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend them.
