Called almost a year ago and never got a call back, did the intake and everything, luckily it wasn’t anything serious, but pretty unprofessional

They gave me a case manager and my dog Luna get emergency vet visits. Her foot got caught in an escalator on our way to an appointment. I have had her since over a decade ago she has kept me company I got her when she was 3 free on craiglist. Now she is 14 a senior, and I really appreciate your organization helping her. They are helping me get my bandage changes for her. Angel organization 💖
