VCA West has the kindest and most caring people in the metro Indy area! Dr. Haas, Randee, and Carrie are so patient and understanding with our fearful dog. Laurie at the front desk is very kind to our second dog, who would stick around all day for pets and treats if she could. The friendly atmosphere in this clinic is the best and I always get clear advice and explanations. Every visit to VCA West is a good one and I am thankful for the great healthcare my dogs receive.

10/10 recommend this facility! We travel for work and use VCA facilities for the easiest transfer of care for our Ranger, and this facility is the best we’ve been to so far! They have super friendly staff, and they are very knowledgeable and attentive. Our Ranger suffers from severe allergies and they’ve been very helpful with making sure each visit he is assessed properly and gets the help he needs with each flare-up!

Five stars to the VCA West 86th St. Animal Hospital Staff and groomer! Our girls, Princess and Raney had a Spa Day recently. They always come home with very soft and shiny coats and this time their long nails were trimmed to the perfect short length - the best ever! Thank you team!

The best vet in Indy! Super organized with respect to scheduling, billing, etc. Dr. Haas is a wonderful vet - very knowledgeable and takes the time to really get to know an animal before deciding a treatment plan. Facilities are always very clean and staff is friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t say better things about this vet!

Best vet, hands down! I've been taking my dog here since he was 8 weeks old and have never had a bad experience. Even after moving 40 minutes away I still take my dog here because everyone, the staff, vet techs and vet actually care about your pets and are so kind, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

If you're looking for a vet that cares more about your pet than their pockets...you've found the right one. They care...they care...THEY CARE! My dog is my world and they are so attentive to his needs and health...Dr.Damaree stopped her exam just so he could go potty because she didn't want him to be uncomfortable during it...she also answered and advised me on every question and concern I had...without making me feel as though I was holding her up. Joy was awesome as always...I had a question about some frozen prescription food and she said she'd get a second opinion( I thought she was going to ask a dr) her second opinion was to look up his food, find the number and call them herself!!! She could have easily told me to call. But it's that extra attentiveness that you'll get every time! I advise you to check them out!
