Everyone at the front desk is so incredibly kind and provides a level of customer service service that made me feel at ease in a stressful situation. The new vet is great too- Dr Potts. He spent extra time talking to me about my cat, Nigel. I highly recommend pet pals to all my friends and family.

I had an issue the other day when talking to a receptionist but the office manager talked to me for a while and validated my feelings about it and apologized and promised to talk to the person on this specific issue. They seem like a nice of vet office based on the conversation and I guess they partner with my current vet so I am bumping up the reviews to four stars

I had been taking my dog here for years and the previous vets were awesome, but she retired. I took him here a few days ago for a regular check up and vaccines. There was a miscommunication which ended up costing me an extra $120 and the best they could offer was a $50 credit on my account for a future visit and a change in policy moving forward. (A policy that I've since learned is common practice at vet offices, just not there. Cool, glad i got to be the person who suffered to get them to change policy) I thought I was consenting to a heartworm test and they ended up giving him a heartworm shot. I was not prepared for this extra cost, and the routine visit ending up costing all in all $400. This is crazy expensive! I will not be returning.

We’ve been bringing Zeppelin here since he was a baby and he’s 7 now. Per advice, we’ve brushed his teeth regularly since then and he’s never needed a professional cleaning. As we all want for our little buddies, they are proactive and thorough in his care.

Dr. Towle and the team provide excellent customer service and holistic care for my 3 Shetland Sheepdogs. I love their holistic approach to solving my pets issues. Keep up the excellent work!

Since Dr Olden-Stahl has left, the care and customer service left with her. Changed for the worse unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic to take your furry loved ones to. Edit: I have not been in since June, but I have called and spoke with Holly three times between last month and now, and with how difficult she made things for me, while dealing with an emergency regarding my dog, I do not feel comfortable coming back. Would appreciate a call from someone else to discuss matters further, I am immensely disappointed in how this situation was handled.
