I just went the scenery was nice. The employees were AMAZING and they helped a lot. And the owner miles gave me a great deal on a puppy that I love. Overall I love the store and staff is very organized and friendly. I will definitely be coming back again!!!

I will not recommend NOT buying puppies here, because those small creatures, innocent of the cruelty and purpose with which they practically make a business, are not to blame!! 2 days ago I bought a French puppy, and today he was diagnosed with an infection in his trachea, which makes him not well, I went to the store and he only receives a reaction from his owners that is so unpleasant that it makes me think that only They are interested in money!! The worst thing of all is that looking at the comments from other clients, I see that they went through exactly the same thing... they tell me that these people have a business with these creatures and they don't care about the heat and health of those pets!! They don't take the time to realize that many people are not going to buy an animal and that's it!! many people go and buy a feeling, whether for affection, emotional help, etc!! It is sad to see that there are unscrupulous people who do not care about the lives of defenseless creatures who end up being like little children... so this is a call for empathy and respect.

Very bad place I took my dog to bathe her and make her touch-ups and they cut her horrible, when I asked them not to cut her hair! They left it horrible for me! And the treatment of the girl is super bad! They didn't know what to tell me! I don't recommend it and I'll never come back.

I went here to look at getting a best friend for my puppy tundra. Walking in, it first seemed amazing. Like it was going to be a dream come true. But then I noticed the poop filled play areas, the strong smell of urine everywhere, and puppies non stop attacking each other and no one but me stepped in. The puppies were not playing. A dachshund (andy) was attacking its roommate (nova) in the play area and nova was screaming in pain. I was the one that pulled andy off of her. She was shaking in fear. It took me saying something to the employee to put the dog away. She completely ignored the three screams of pain when she was up at the computer looking for music to play and when I finally said something she seemed to care. I work at another petstore for one of my jobs and never ever have I seen something so horrific! Not only that. There was a puppy (King Charles spaniel) inside its room that had a large tumor like growth on its stomach and it looked like nothing has been done. Safe to say I will not be getting a puppy from there even though I really wanted to get nova.. the poor thing deserves a better life and so do the other ones… To the owner, please, please please please look at separating andy and nova so one of them doesn’t get severely hurt..

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING PUPPIES FROM THIS STORE!!! I recently just brought home a new addition! The most playful and cutest Beagle if I do say so myself!!!! In fact I’m coming back to get another puppy tomorrow.!! Kaylee and Shannon (sorry if I misspelled you sweet lady’s names) were the nicest people I’ve come across in a while! They helped me with my adoption and stayed a hour after closing! I greatly appreciate their kindness ! All of the puppies were highly maintained and healthy with up to date shots and vet care paperwork. They gave great in depth detail about the care and diet of each puppy and even offered some personality traits! And even their new hire (which I didn’t catch her name) was super helpful and kind! The store is well maintained and always clean! P.S. the first picture is my new baby girl at home and the second is in the holding room with the puppy at the store. (They also provide financing so you can bring your new fur baby home!!)

Came here to look for a puppy for my daughter I’m 30 years old and look maybe like a 20-year-old not sure if she thought I wasn’t old enough to buy a dog??? But the lady Jackie who works here would not let us look at the dogs saying that only serious buyers can look at the dogs and I let her know we’re here to buy a dog and still would not let me look or my daughter pet the dog that she wanted. Unfortunately, Jackie was rude and I Hope her manager sees this! Please train your employees on how to be personable with people, especially someone who was there to buy a dog you lost the sale!!!!
