I am so glad there is a place like this that specializes in exotic care especially for birds. I have been there several times in the past three and a half years. They're very good and take the time to talk with you about any concerns you have. I appreciate their help with my cockatoos Medical issues.

My leopard gecko was sick. I'm a novice lizard mom. They were very accommodating, friendly, and professional. I feel more confident taking care of my little guy! *pic when he was well cuz he's the cutest

Absolutely touched by their thoughtfulness. Last month when I called I was absolutely frantic, our beloved tortoise was non-responsive. They worked around our schedule to get him in. When the doctor assessed him they determined that Herman had passed away. They were so compassionate in their messaging, and allowed my husband to call so the doctor could explain it to me over the phone and reassure us that it wasn’t our fault. They took care of his remains so we would not have to. And best of all, they sent a signed sympathy card! So while there was nothing they could do for our pet, they went above and beyond for us!

Had to make a difficult decision today. We decided to let our bearded dragon, Clifford, go today. He was suffering from a prolapse cloaca and wasn't showing any signs of improvement. Instead of spending more money (with no guarantee the condition would improve) and continuing to watch him suffer, we made the decision to have him euthanized. He felt no pain during the process and left peacefully. I will say this though, I would advise anyone looking for an exotic pet vet to avoid Avian & Exotic Animal hospital at ALL COSTS! They have absolutely NO empathy and are only interested in siphoning as much money out of people as they can while playing on their emotions! These people were very passive aggressive, incompetent, nasty, rude, pushy, and unwilling to be accommodating. A couple of times I had to hold back from totally unleashing on them and cussing them all the way out and dragging them due to their level of disrespect and gaslighting

One of the best experiences I’ve had with any veterinarian. They helped out our rabbit and everything was super simple. Everyone we interacted with was kind and friendly. I’ll include a bonus picture of the patient.

The people there genuinely care for both pet and owner. They speak gently with you when discussing difficult topics, and they take beautiful care of pets that have passed on. They offer clay molds for paw/tail prints with their name and a little heart in a bifold that has a pocket for a photo of the pet. And if you choose a home burial they provide a box and put the pets name on it with a heart next to it. It’s the details that touch my heart and how I know I will only go to them. Their vets have beyond extensive knowledge on the pets they work with, and you can see how deeply they care for each animal. I had an emergency with a leopard gecko and rushed her in. During check in, I asked them to check on her because I worried she had passed on the drive. The worker took the box and SPRINTED to the back where a team immediately gathered to try and resuscitate him. These people have beyond touched my heart and I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. Also, the waiting room has free coffee ;)
