We took our dog here for a gunshot wound a few years ago. Then we took him again last night after he got into a fight with another dog. We got there a little before six and they were already open. They took my dog right to a room. We did not wait long for the doctor. He was great with our baby, along with the vet techs. They even lifted my 93 pound dog into my car because he had been sedated. The overall cost was not bad, given the circumstances. Would definitely recommend.

We took our dog here a few weeks ago, knowing she was at the end of life being a senior. The staff was so kind, the facility was clean and prompt. My dog was too large for me to carry so they helped me wheel her in and gave her a look over. I also had them run some other tests to see if there was anything more we could do for her, but unfortunately her quality of life was just not there and it would not have been safe to do any procedures on her at her age. They were very accommodating in allowing me to stay with her in the room to wait for my kids to get there to say their goodbyes before we let her go. The nurse that came in to do it was so kind and talked so sweetly to my baby the entire time all the way through her last breath. We opted to have a private cremation which we have done for other pets before so I knew what to expect. However the service they use is absolutely stunning. After about 10 days they called and hand delivered our baby to us to our home. I was just expecting a satchel with her ashes since we didn't request a box or upgrades. But she came in a beautiful wood box, they did a paw print with ink, a clay print, a baggie of her fur and a hand written letter, all wrapped in a beautiful bag. I was absolutely floored. Not only did we receive such great care and assistance, but the cost was also affordable, especially for being an emergency vets office. I was really concerned we weren't going to be able to get her cremated along with the vet bills, but they were very upfront about all of our options and the costs associated with it. If your baby needs help, this is where I would go!

Our dog was presenting with stroke symptoms. We sat waiting for over two hours and NEVER even spoke to a veterinarian. I understand there was a cat in distress during this time, however we could hear through the exam room door. They were not working on another animal. They were holding personal conversations and laughing. I believe there was a period of time the vet could have at least talked to us or assessed my pets condition. After an hour and a half I asked when we’d get to see the veterinarian. I was rudely responded to by the person at the front desk “well we have other appointments ahead of you”. Appointments? Isn’t this an emergency center? After two hours of being ignored and watching my dog panting, stumbling and falling on the hard tile floors I decided to take her home and pray she made it through the night and see a regular vet. I’m very disappointed with our experience. Hopefully my animals will never need your services again. I will research other options for emergency situations as you clearly are not equipped to handle.

I came here last week after my kitten was struggling to recover after her spay procedure. This was the 4th emergency vet we tried to go to that night. The two women I interacted with were super kind and put my fears at ease. I even tried to hospitalize my kitten over night for thousands of dollars in a state of panic, and the vet urged me not to, using her best judgement. She also advised against me pushing for additional testing, when some vets would take advantage. They were right about my kittens condition and she recovered in a matter of days after the medication they provided me. All in all the cost was not nearly as bad as I expected and I will definitely come back if any emergencies happen with my pets in the future!

We took our pup today for an ear hematoma and were very impressed with the facility, the vet assistants, and the vet himself. They handled our anxious dog very well and were very informative about his injury. The vet was very personable, great with our dog, made us feel at ease, and was very informative. We were given several options and were told all the pros/cons and processes of each. We wish this place did normal primary care as well as we would go there instead of who we use now! Overall, we’re very impressed and it’s nice to know that we can rely on this place for emergency needs in the future!

We had a wonderful experience here. They saved our cat’s life. We were at another bigger fancier emergency vet with our dog a couple weeks prior and the experience there had no comparison to here. We were treated with respect and there was great communication. We will definitely use them in the future if needed. Thank you!
