Adopted a new dog on Friday so I made an appointment for that following Thursday to get her checked out to make sure she's healthy. The night I brought her home she started to show signs of an infection and she got lethargic really quickly. I was so worried and called VCA that next morning as soon as they opened and they had an opening 30 mins from the time I called. Everyone was really nice and seemed genuinely concerned for my new baby. The doctor walked me through different things it could be and ended up prescribing antibiotics. They gave her the first dose that morning and by that evening she was so much better. They texted me a few days later to check in on her. She is doing GREAT now! I'm so thankful for everyone there and that they were able to get us in that morning!

The vet visit fee is $87 and it’s only to discuss the cost of what they’ll be doing for your pet, not to get any advice from the vet. If you do not choose the added on services, there is no other help, consul, or advice given. I prefer taking my pup to a vet that does their work out of passion vs profit. This place and staff only care about profit, no real compassion or love for animals.

Just saw Dr. Hoyt! First time at this animal hospital for me & Titan (my GSD of 13 weeks old). There are no words to describe how professional & clean this facility is…. They set the bar folks! Period! I wish I had known about them with my GSD Fonz (before he passed) because my experiences valley wide have been very lacking in satisfaction. VCA, however, exceeded my expectations (I’m old school at 57 years so this is saying a lot). Dr Hoyt was very friendly, knowledgeable, NOT IN A HURRY to shuffle us out, really took her time to examine & explain the VCA new client process, and just an overall, experienced and customer friendly individual! I’ll be a customer for life! Staff is also very friendly & knowledgeable; they really invest the time into their clients!!! I highly recommend this facility!!!

I'm not sure what happened to this place in the last 6 months, but I won't be coming here anymore. I brought my 16 year old cat here, knowing she was in pain and poor health. When I googled "urgent care," this was towards the top of the list. As I've taken my other cat here, i thought this was the perfect place. When I called, I told the nurse on the phone that she (my cat) hadn't eaten in 24 hours, nor had she urinated or deficated in that time. I said she was in lots of pain, and I wanted to get her help as soon as possible. The nurse gave me an appointment for 3 hours from the time of that call. I showed up 30 minutes early in hopes of being seen sooner. After giving the intake nurse the full details of my cat's situation, she said, "Well, you're still going to have to wait because your appointment isn't for another half hour." When I was finally brought into a room (5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time), I explained the situation again in great detail. The nurse took my information and left. 15 minutes later, the doctor shows up. I tell the doctor that my cat was in pain. He proceeded to tell me that there's no actual way for me to know that because cats hide their pain. I dismissed that comment in the moment because I just wanted him to get on with the examination. An hour and a half later, $1000 worth of useless tests (the xray he insisted I let him run confirmed she had the bad back I had already told him she had. Because, you know, 16 year old cat), and at least a dozen more infuriating comments from the doctor later, and I was given no diagnosis with no treatment plan on how to help my poor baby. Nobody in the office had any sense of urgency towards the betterment of my cat's health, despite my obviously being distraught and constantly asking "How can I help her?" If theirs was not an urgent care, then why did they not say so? After my million and three comments regarding the urgency of the situation, why did nobody suggest that I take her some place else? Everyone in that office saw zero problem with taking my money and doing NOTHING to help my cat. A few hours later, I had to take her to the ER Vet where they were able to assess that she was in, or at least about to be in, complete renal failure. And her spinal issues (which the ER doctor was able to assess without my help and without an xray by simply doing a physical examination) contributed to the stress her body was under from her failing kidneys. Ultimately, she needed to be put down. But at least I can say that she was laid to rest by people who actually cared about her wellbeing. TLDR: I will not be bringing my other cat back to this place.

Rude Rude receptionist and, quite frankly, Dr Chinn wasn't very pleasant either. Do youre self a favor and find somewhere more welcoming!

The entire Staff are awesome and alway taken care of both my Rottweilers. When my oldest (13) gave out and couldn't get up they came to my home to put him down which I appreciated him being able to pass at home. Thank you to everyone for always taking such great care of my boys.
