Ask for Anne she is fabulous. The detail and love that she cares for your pet is superb. Over 20 years we have been to Carmel groomers and for years we went to Glamour Pets on Madison Ave. Anne is even better than the owner of Glamour Pets. We loved Glamour Pets, but they closed their doors. Thankful for All Creatures Great and Groomed. 🙏

Lisa and Dana are great! I’ve been going to them for at least a year for my rabbit’s nails and they do such a great job! They’re careful and attentive, makes me feel safe knowing people can properly trim such a sensitive animals nails

I brought my cat here this morning because he was very matted under his arms, his belly, and around his bottom. I explicitly warned the groomer beforehand that my cat was very matted in these areas. When he was finished after only 30 minutes, I was saddened to find multiple cuts and scrapes on him. She claimed that this was a result of the mats being too tight, but her lack of apology and condescending attitude towards the matting left me extremely upset. Not only was my cat injured, but the lack of accountability from the groomer was disappointing. I wish they had informed me beforehand if they were uncomfortable dealing with tight mats or warned me about the possibility of my cat being cut during the grooming process. Proceed with caution if considering their services for your cats- we won’t be back.

They do a good job I take my mother's cat there and anybody that grooms a cat you got to have at least a little bit of respect for. The reasonable and they certainly are very good to the animals.
