My dog Beau Ramos is a pitbull and this vet clinic didn’t hesitate to add him as a patient, he was not so nice in getting his nails done and they ended up putting him to sleep and doing his nails. Then he woke up happy without a hint of grogginess. They helped me determine that he was allergic to flea bites and gave me a flea treatment that is absolutely amazing! I’m so grateful for the lengths they went to to try and help my dog…he is my family and he’s been happier and healthier since we started going here! I will NEVER take him anywhere else! I gave 5 stars only because I could t give 6!!

Yesterday was my son’s dogs first appointment at a new vet. She was anxious at first, but all the ladies that she saw were so friendly and kind to her and took their time to get to know her. She warmed up to them fast. Any question I asked they answered and gave advice. I’m so glad I made the decision to take Ms.Smalls here.

I had an ear appointment for my chocolate lab at City Way clinic...my doctor was Dr. Crow. She greeted my lab in such a sweet loving way, calming her so that she could look at her ears. My dog walked to the next room with Dr. Crow to receive medicine without hesitation...my dog has never done that with a veterinarian before! Dr. Crow reviewed with me what she had done and followup instructions for when I went home. Dr. Crow made the visit easy for me and fun for my dog.

I can’t rave enough about city way animal clinic fountain square! I originally switched my golden retriever to this vet clinic because he suffers from allergies and some obesity. His old vet was okay and cared for him well enough but I felt like there was better care out there for him that I could find. And that’s where I also can’t praise Dr. Crow enough. She is the most caring and kind vet I’ve ever worked with. Our first appointment she spent so much time with us going over everything big and small related to my dog. She is so knowledgeable and up to date on new medical everything. She was so genuine, honest, and answered all of my bazillion questions. I left feeling so assured my dog was getting the best possible care and treatments. We’ve been in multiple times since for some ear infections and every single time I go to the clinic I get the same feeling I did as the first time. They truly take the time to get to know you and your pet and make it just an all around positive experience. Such a refreshing and wonderful clinic!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional team treated our cat for a full mouth extraction. Dr. Kurdziel took great care of our baby and she has recovered perfectly. Dr. K made us feel confident we made the right decision and helped us through the recovery transition. Our cat is able to eat dry food just fine and is back to her normal self. Thank you!

It used to be luxury and you’re going to be paying more than luxury prices. Been coming here for years and unfortunately we found out our cat has heart failure. He faints when he gets stressed and we need to do bloodwork to keep him on his medicines. Recently had a 5:15 appointment that was supposed to be a quick in and out tech appointment. We arrive on time and they’re servicing 4 other clients in the lobby. They’re out of rooms to give the people that need rooms. Our cat is stressed from all the other animals in the lobby and they can’t get to him at our appointment time. I’m worried he’s going to have another episode and faint. It took them 35 min after our appointment time to see our cat in the lobby. I’m worried about my cats stress. After all his stress waiting he was too stressed to do his full tech appointment. So we have to come back and do it alllllll again in a few other days. It’s clear to us that they’re overbooking their staff. On top of that our cats yearly checkups have increased in cost to almost $400 per cat. (2x the average if you google) I used to be okay paying luxury prices for a luxury experience. Unfortunately now I’m just paying luxury prices to sit in the lobby with lots of other animals and people that can stress your animal out. The staff is super knowledgeable and nice - I know it’s likely an upper management issue. They’re one of the few connections to a cat cardiologist in the area so we will unfortunately continue coming here. It’s just not the same experience it was a few years go. What a shame and wallet drain. If management gets their act together so their staff doesn’t have to scramble and prices come back down I’ll happily update this review again. Upper management is likely squeezing in more appointments than staff can handle so they can get their second Audi. I hope you get something nicer than a base model.
