SAR is a wonderful rescue. Joan and the other people who help keep these animals safe and loved are amazing. I am a resident in Speedway and one thing you don’t see are stray animals. Our Street department help SAR retrieve animals of all kinds and provide vet care (even to the most injured or sick). If your looking for a wonderful organization please visit their website.
