We use Brookside for all three of our dogs . Dr painter is a wonderful veterinarian and is extremely compassionate. We recently had to put our 19 yr old puggle Maddie to sleep and she was very supportive and caring .

We have used this place for years and loved the service we used to receive. Unfortunately they have gotten “too busy” to see us unless we pay the extra emergency fee, then they are happy to see us. I don’t mind making an appointment but weeks or even months out is ridiculous. We will be going somewhere else.

Our dog needed an emergency visit. They were able to squeeze her in between appointments. She needed surgery, and Dr. Jenson was wonderful. The staff was courteous and caring. They called us after her surgery to let us know how it went. The doctor even gave us her cell phone number if we had concerns. I wish some people doctors were this caring. We'll trust them again.

My wife adopted our first cat Shadow with the help of Brookside. We have been coming here for 14-15 years. They helped us chip and vet our second cat Merlin. They helped us spay and extract teeth from our third cat Miri. When Shadow departed due to kidney failure, we picked up her ashes here. This is a beautiful clinic full of beautiful people and animals. God Bless Brookside Animal Hospital ❤️🙏

I had a very disappointing experience at this vet clinic that completely put me off from returning. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, and upon arrival, I was promptly escorted to a room. I ended up waiting for over an hour, with no one coming in to update me on the delay or reassure me that I hadn't been forgotten. The lack of communication was astounding, and it felt like a basic disregard for my time and my pets' comfort. When someone finally did attend to us, the customer service was far from satisfactory. There was no apology for the wait or the oversight. I had specifically been told when I made the appointment that both of my pets would have their nails clipped as part of the visit. Unfortunately, it became apparent on my way out that this had been completely overlooked. No one had checked to ensure this part of the service was completed, which feels indicative of a broader issue of inattention and carelessness within the staff. The fact that I had to wait so long without any form of communication is frustrating enough. However, failing to provide a service that was explicitly promised is unacceptable. If something is offered as part of a service, it should be delivered, or at the very least, communicated about if it cannot be. This experience has left me feeling that the clinic's staff is forgetful and unprofessional. Not only did they fail to perform the services promised, but they also showed a complete lack of care for client communication and satisfaction. For these reasons, I cannot foresee myself returning to this clinic or recommending it to others. The health and well-being of my pets are too important to entrust to a facility that does not take their responsibilities seriously.

I can not say enough about the great care and compassion shown by the veterinarian Stacy Henderson and the staff at Brookside animal hospital. I had dew claws and first shots for a litter of eight Labrador puppies and the service and care was outstanding.
