Kim was the employee that helped us today and she was absolutely lovely. We had a quite large online order for pickup and she helped us with everything and even made sure we got it into our truck safely. Absolutely awesome employee.

Don’t recommend going hereTook my golden doodle here for a grooming and went to pick her up and she was completely shaved. They claimed they had to shave her down to skin because of a few mild matted spots on her tail, chest, and butt. I told them not to go too short and don’t touch her head or face too much to retain that golden doodle look, but they didn’t listen to any requests and just shaved everything anyways. Now instead of my gorgeous golden doodle I now have a bald dog with a partially shaved tail. Now I have to get a coat for her because she has no fur! Just spend the extra and go to an actual groomer.

I had my goldendoodle groomed here in August 2024. I was a bit skeptical but I could get an appointment anywhere sooner so I decided to give it a try. The groomer was exceptionally friendly and made me feel my dog was in good hands. I return after a few hours and was surprised to see what a great job Izzy, my groomer had done. She even gave me a Pawgress report on my dog enjoyed its visit. I will definitely used PetSmart again!

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE. They will cut your dogs nails to short and not tell you. They kennel dry dogs that are not supposed to be and use groomers helper on dogs that aren’t supposed to. Your dog will get extremely stressed out and they do not give it a break. They will gossip about you and your dog behind your back as soon as you leave the salon. The Salon manager Kami does not care about the safety or concern of your dogs and allows gossiping, the store manager Jen doesn’t care either. Go to PetCo or another local groomer if you truly love your dog and care about there health.

Well stocked place with very friendly staff. They asked me about my pet and make the experience better. I had to wait for a minute cause no one was at checkout. But that's ok. Self checkout might be a good idea.
