Don’t recommend going hereTook my golden doodle here for a grooming and went to pick her up and she was completely shaved. They claimed they had to shave her down to skin because of a few mild matted spots on her tail, chest, and butt. I told them not to go too short and don’t touch her head or face too much to retain that golden doodle look, but they didn’t listen to any requests and just shaved everything anyways. Now instead of my gorgeous golden doodle I now have a bald dog with a partially shaved tail. Now I have to get a coat for her because she has no fur! Just spend the extra and go to an actual groomer.

Well stocked place with very friendly staff. They asked me about my pet and make the experience better. I had to wait for a minute cause no one was at checkout. But that's ok. Self checkout might be a good idea.

We had an appointment for bathing our cat. The appointment was changed from a Tuesday to a Monday as they only had one girl who did cats. Today we were told 3 girls did cats. Our cat is not ferocious. She rides in the carrier quietly. We dropped the cat off, showed rabies papers and left. We’d only been gone for 7 minutes when we got a call to come pick up the cat. We were told she went crazy with fright. I put the carrier in the car and she didn’t make a sound. Arrived back home with absolutely no problems. To say we are totally disgusted with our treatment is an understatement. I’ve taken my dog there for 4-5 years without any problems but this treatment was unacceptable.

Hamster passed away from old age and was trying to decide if we should transition to a guinea pig. The workers were amazing and answered all my questions. The young man got them out and let my daughter pet them. He also got down on her level and was talking to her about guinea pigs. Really great employee's!
