I’ve had nothing but a great experience At Shelbyville veterinarian clinic. Everyone is kind, caring, and very helpful. I get great customer service, whether it’s in the clinic, over the phone or if I’m trying to do order something on the website online. The Veterinarians are Amazing. I have been taking my 12 lb pug there for the past four years. My little girl has bad reactions to some of her shots, and when there’s been an emergency, they were right there to assist me and help make her better. I have also had her teeth cleaned which anyone with a short nosed small breed dog knows can be very scary, they again were excellent. I get all my dog food and medicine, which is very easy and convenient. I highly recommend Shelbyville veterinary clinic.

The staff is lovely. Always kind, professional and helpful. The techs and each veterinarian that we have had the pleasure of working with, take great care of Leo. I do not feel rushed out or unheard. All of my questions and concerns are addressed during our visits. The front desk staff keep Leo up to date with his vaccines and monthly preventative medications. I always recommend our vet to neighbors new to our community.
