I had a great experience with this company. I would like to give special recognition to their worker Za and their representative Adam Flemming. They were both very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They took care of the bird's nest in the attic vent, which I couldn't reach because it was too high. They cleaned it out, disinfected it, and installed a pest-proof cover. If I could offer one piece of constructive criticism, it would be that the communication could be a little bit better.

I see several great reviews. My experience was not as pleasant. Communication is horrible. Cut to the chase. I have a rental property in Louisville. I spent $614.00 for removing a potential rodent from the attic. I received two text notices that a tech was on the way to check the trap. That is it..... I went to the rental this past Thursday and the hole is now covered up. (They told me that they had to cover the hole when completed. Part of that $614.00 deal.) I never heard, or received any type of digital communication that they caught the varmint. The initial communication that I received from their call center was much different from the tech spoke to my wife about. This started out bad and finished with a $614.00 hole in my pocket and I am not sure if services were rendered aside from installing a cover over the hole. I could have done that for $614.

Kyle and Jared from complete animal removal were so great to work with. They were able to schedule me in for same day removal of some baby raccoons! They were willing to stick with it until they were finally able to get access to them despite the heat. Super appreciate their willingness and quickness resolving my issue!

We reached out to Complete Animal Removal per a friend’s recommendation and they did not let us down. Collin was our service technician in Lexington. He was friendly, conscientious and wanted to do right by the animal. He set-up a trap and stopped by daily to check on it. The end result was trapping a mother and her 5 baby skunks. I give Complete Animal Removal 5 stars! Thanks for resolving our outdoor challenge.

Zack was incredibly knowledgable, kind, and efficient in sorting out our critter issue. He was quick to answer any questions we had, and was very considerate of our newborn. Adam and his partner were also very kind, respectful, and honest when they came out to do the quote. Hate to be in a situation where you need critter control, but glad to have someone reliable to call.
