They took great care of my mom’s small dog Lynard! They also have cute books to read in the waiting rooms. Lynard was a bit dramatic during his nail trim but the vets calmed him down and found the best way to go about it. He got some treats and lots of kisses! Thank you for making it as stress free as possible for us.

I love this place. The atmosphere is great, the staff is great. I was referred to see Dr. Jewell from my dog's/cat's vet since they don't see exotics, and she was great! She went over all kinds of super helpful information since this was my first ever rabbit. The technicians Jamie, PJ, Alyssa, honestly everyone I've met so far has just been amazing and very knowledgeable. We did have some complications after my rabbits neuter, but the vet had a 24-hour emergency hotline and they got him in the next morning. Very happy!

I brought my rat in for a severe tail laceration. They didn't clean the wound, they didn't immobilize it, they didnt even give her a complete physical exam. They didn't demonstrate how to administer her meds even after I asked. I felt rushed out of the office and I was there barely half an hour. Essentially, I paid $180 for nothing more than poorly-compounded, name-brand Ibuprofen and some pain meds, which leaked out of their cheap vials. Why did your office even agree to see me, wasting her precious time and my money, if basic first aid is apparently outside the scope of your practice??

I love All Pets! My baby girl, Sunny Bunny, had to have a tooth extraction last year and Dr. Jewell went above and beyond to take great care of her. Unfortunately yesterday she had an health emergency that she could not overcome. With the utmost compassion and care they helped Sunny Bunny pass on to her eternal home. Thank you Dr. Jewel, PJ, Jamie, and Vicki for all the love that Sunny Bunny and I received. May God bless you all. Job 12:7-10

Wish we had found Dr. JEWELL and All Pets years ago. We had a bird, a Green Cheek Conure named Chirpie. She is our Heart. It’s very difficult to write, as our experience is still fresh, but if you are reading reviews, then you are searching and it’s important. Chirpie had an issue that was difficult to diagnose, healthy blood work and exams, yet still painful and scary attacks. Her previous vet was only treating symptoms, as if throwing spaghetti against the wall. We knew if Chirpie were to have a chance, we needed to try someone new. The staff was kind, empathetic and worked us in quickly. Dr. Jewell listened closely, spent time, ran tests, was gentle and would try to calm Chirpie with kisses and holding her close to her chest (even though Chirpie still knew she is a vet). When uncertain about our case, she was humble to consult with colleagues and refer us to an out-of-state specialist, something pride prevents some vets from doing. The specialist was unfruitful, so we returned home and asked Dr. Jewell to come over and euthanize. She kindly came to our home and we shared information from the specialist. She noted Chirpie still had life and rather than putting her to sleep, recommended trying another course of treatment. She was even able to successfully perform a procedure the specialist had refused to try. As a result of her care, listening and educating us, we were able to gain another month and a half of beautiful spring good days outside with Chirpie. She loved being outside! She no longer needed to die during the winter after a long difficult battle, something that would have happened otherwise. She even began regrowing her feathers and nails and eating by herself and drinking again, a sign of promise. Jewell even contacted a second regional specialist on our behalf. But in the end, a fatal attack suddenly came after many good days and additional precious memories. There was nothing more that could have been done. I’m convinced if we had found Dr. Jewell and All Pets sooner, Jewell’s skill, listening, education, unconventional thinking and humility would have afforded us more time with our Baby. Her techs and front desk were supportive, were pulling for Chirpie and understood our deep love for this very special bird. Chirpie’s 20th birthday would have been just one week later. My wife and I are forever damaged, but could not have placed our trust in anyone better.
