Same Old Me

I brought my guinea pig to this location due to an ear infection and URI. They were able to get me in the following day and was brought back to a room as soon as we got there. They were very thorough with their questions pertaining to how she had been doing and went over the treatment plan to help her to a quick road to recovery. Our visit was quick from start to finish and we were on our way before we knew it with a 2 week follow-up to check her progress. What impressed me the most was the Dr calling me early the next morning to see how my little guinea pig was doing. Not sure I have had anyone do that before. I absolutely do recommend this place to anyone! It is a really easy location to get in and out of.

The receptionist were very nice ladies. The vet himself though, absolutely unprofessional. “Vet Von” if you even want to call him a vet, was a complete unprofessional pathetic excuse for a vet. First off, he came in and didn’t even introduce himself at all, second he decided to be very rude towards me when I was asking questions about my pet. He then proceeded to inject my pet with “medicine” even though he never specified what type of medicine it was or why he was doing it and when I asked him if that’s what would help her his simple response was “well that’s why you’re here ain’t it” disgusting! Very unprofessional, will never be taking my pets back ever and I hope that all of you can read this before you decide on this vet because I’m telling you now. PICK. SOMEWHERE. ELSE.

Terrible vet office. I tooky Canary here a couple years ago, and the vet was no help but had no problem charging me and giving me medicine to treat it even though he said it probably wouldn't work. I had not planned on doing business here again, but today I was trying to find an avian vet, they are listed as treating birds, and even there website still says Dr. Vaughn (the quack) is still listed as the vet. Yet when I emailed looking for help with my birds , someone from this office responded that they no longer have an Avian vet. Completely forgot this was the place I had been before because I tried to wipe it from my memory because they killed my canary, it was listed in the directory for avian vets online so I didn't recognize the office name but when I saw the picture of Dr Vaughn when they responded to my email, I realized the mistake i had made even contacting them because now they are lying about even having a avian vet. Hopey birds don't die while I track down another office that can treat birds. Terrible Vet , terrible business practices.

Dr Kortney diagnosed my dog correctly. She listened to what I was telling her. She is an excellent vet.

The new vet at this location is amazing! She is conservative and loves your pet like her own!!!! Welcome Dr. Roppell

If I could give this vet a negative review I would! The ladies and gentlemen at the desk were very professional. The vet Vaughn however lacked professional etiquette. He barged into the room completely unannounced with out any greeting, and was so old he could barely hold himself up. I took my small bird ‘green cheek conure’ and he was so rough with him. He cut his nails and didn’t even realize he was bleeding until I mentioned It. My bird went into shock and distress from the vets roughness and the vet didn’t even recognize it. When I mentioned that something was wrong and my bird wasn’t acting normal and seemed very sleepy and was so weak he couldn’t even scream anymore. Vet Vaughn brushed it off and said my bird was just exhausted from fighting him off. My bird was healthy and talking before the vet started roughly handling him. My poor bird didn’t make it home alive. DO NOT TAKE YOUR SMALL PET TO THIS VET!!!
