This is the absolute best pest control company I have ever done business with and I recommend them 100%. They get the job done, they always notify you in advance when it is time for your service and they let you know when they are on their way. They have a super friendly staff; and if they are not available when you call, they will definitely get back with you in a very timely manner. Tailor Made Pest Control is an A+ company and I wouldn’t use other. I am so impressed with them and I’m so glad I made the call I made to them.

Inquired about a few insects found in our house. Spoke to Sarah (extension 102) and signed up for a one year agreement as it was the best deal. Sarah shared two payment options with us Option 1 was pay $188 to start the service with an additional reoccurring monthly charge of $32. Option 2 was pay upfront $486 ($540 total with a 10% discount for paying in full). We opted to pay in full (total of $486) because the price was discounted 10%. Our first service went well. Fredy was prompt and professional. However, after the day after the service was performed, my card on file was charged an additional $188 after we had already paid in full for the year. I am assuming something on our account was not set up property to reflect we had already paid in full and we are now being charged twice for one service agreement. Needless to say, I am not happy about the additional, unauthorized charge. I am happy to update my review once our billing account is corrected and the additional charge is refunded. UPDATE: I received an email and text with an explanation of what happened with our billing account and refund confirmation of the additional charge of $188 shortly after posting this review. I appreciate the prompt response, refund, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Christian!

The person that does the scheduling not very friendly. Does not communicate with the customer before putting you on the schedule then the company blames you if you have to reschedule because the time ASSIGNED to you may not work for you. Been with Tailor made for 3 years had to terminate service due to not organized and product not satisfactory

In mid-January I contacted Tailor Made Pest Control due to hearing scratching behind my bedroom walls. They came out on 1/19, found evidence of mice and so they laid 2 bait traps outside and threw some bait in my attic. The techs were nice and friendly, and overall the service they provided was fine and worth what I thought I was paying for. They did offer to replace the door to my crawl space and fill some gaps for $600+, but were not pushy at all when I declined this service. However the business ethics from this company are questionable. They are poor communicators about the services they offer and the price point for them as well. Before even having a technician in my house to diagnose my pest problem, the rep I spoke to stated they were setting me up with pest service for $97 a month. While the price per month was explained to me ahead of time, the rep did not explain that the services I was agreeing to on the phone were for a year long contract. On the morning the techs were scheduled to arrive, I received a call from Tailor Made stating they sent me a document via email that I needed to sign before the techs were allowed to enter my home. Due to the pest problem at my home and the technicians already being en route, I was urged to sign the document quickly and did so without having the details explained to me. I contacted Tailor Made about ending my service due to my pest problem seeming to be resolved after their visit back on 2/9, and this is when I was informed by their rep that I had been signed up for a 1 year (12 month) service contract. The rep stated they would need to call me back due to having to take this to another department. Tailor Made called back the following day and stated that the service agreement was sent to me the day before the techs were onsite to review, and that they explained everything they should have over the phone. And if I had issues with the agreement, I should've canceled then. Again, I did not get the document until the morning of when their rep called me saying I needed to sign it and the techs were on the way. After a lot of back and forth with the rep I spoke to on the phone, they offered me a “deal” to release me from the contract but only if I agreed to pay an additional $503… $600 in total with the original $97 as this is what the services for one visit would cost if they offered it without a year long agreement apparently. The deal being that this was a savings from the $1103 I owed them from backing out early on the signed service agreement. I do understand it is my job as the customer to know what I am signing, but the urgency in which Tailor Made contacted me to get this document signed the day of and without having it explained properly is a poor business practice and shows how dishonest they can be in their business dealings. I truly feel like they misrepresented the contract I was agreeing to. I won’t excuse myself for not reading the agreements terms fully, that is on me. But I can tell when a business is trying to take advantage of me. I hope others have had better luck with this business, but due to this experience I would not recommend Tailer Made Pest Control to anyone
