Dr. Brown is amazing, listens to my concerns/ opinions and gives feedback with care and compassion. The technicians and Dr. Brown give my pup tons of attention when we are in clinic; he loves our visits. I highly recommend Hopewell Animal Hospital.

I cannot put into words how much I appreciate Hopewell and trust Dr. Brown! In the 8ish years we've been going to Hopewell, we've had up to 4 dogs and 2 cats. The majority of the time, it's been 2 dogs, Buster & Bella (litter mates), and 1 cat, Bennie, so I'll focus there. We transferred to Hopewell around 8 years ago from another animal hospital, that we felt was overpriced. After being told about the staff and doctors here, we decided to give it a shot. The costs seemed fair and we were informed when something was an option vs a necessity. The staff & doctors were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. In the years to follow, the practice has grown. Most days the office/waiting area is bustling with animals and their people. Sometimes appointments run a tad behind, but that seems to happen when they've had emergencies come up that morning. The reason I know this is that they apologize for running behind and explain why, which I appreciate. As someone who has been on the other side of one of those emergencies, I also appreciate their willingness to help in a crisis. Approximately two years ago, they detected a heart murmur in Buster & referred us to a cardiologist for him. We were given a diagnosis and a life expectancy of 1-2 years. In January, his condition started deteriorating quickly. After his passing in February, Bella had multiple issues arise. In the last several months, I have had to call the emergency line (more than once), I have texted photos/vidoes/information, I have left frantic & teary voicemail. I have always been treated with respect and a caring voice. One of the hardest calls I've ever made, the one to let them know Buster had passed away (EARLY AM hours) was returned almost immediately. There are a lot of things that Hopewell has done or recommended for us and/or our animals. Some of those seem small, but none of them go unappreciated. Transferring the care of Buster, Bella, and Bennie to Hopewell was one of the best decisions I've made. There may be other practices around, but none that I've found that have bigger hearts. Great staff & vets. Always keep in touch about your pets appointments or any problems that come up if you drop them off. Great care. Highly recommend.

We have been going to Hopewell for years and have always been impressed. Dr. Brown does a great job with our dogs, both of which are rescues and came with their own health issues. I even had pregnancy brain one day and confused our appointment time for an hour later- they were so sweet and still saw us without even mentioning anything until I realized and brought it up. I think the prices are very fair as well. Sarah who answers the phone and works up front is always very sweet as well. Thanks so much for taking great care of our pups and your kindness!

Very good care and doctors. Dr. Brown took care of our Yorki Poo when getting into some human medications while my husband and I were out of town. They treated our furbaby and calmed our frantic teenage son. Staff didn't charge extra for calming the frantic human either 😊. Our Shih-Tzu had ongoing eye issues. They referred us to a specialist at Metropolitan, which corrected the issue. Just respect vets that know their limits and refer to specialist, showing they care for your fur babies.
