I searched for an animal hospital near me and this was one of the closest. So, I called and Leah answer the phone. She had amazingly wonderful telephone etiquette, which is very important to me. She listened to my issue with my pet, put me on hold briefly, consulted with a doctor and was able to find an appointment for us for that day. The location is convenient and has plenty of parking because it is part of a large shopping complex. We were helped immediately and directed to a waiting room. Each patient has his/her own approximately 11x11 or larger room, which contained a soft rug, large sofa, floor lamps and a vanity with appropriate medical supplies. After a sort wait, the doctor visited to assess my sick baby and get all necessary information from me. After another short wait, she returned with a course-of-action and its cost. Overall, I was so pleased with their services, facilities and handling of my ill doggy that I will make them my alternate place for veterinary services.

The entire staff at PetVet365 are my heroes! My baby, Mia, got sick and I couldn’t get her into my usual vet. PetVet365 got her in within a couple of hours. These are special people. I rescued Mia when she was two. She had been severely abused and was extremely anxious and skittish. It took her a long time to even trust me. She was very anxious that day, too but everyone was so kind and gentle with her. The doctor came in and discussed all of her issues with me and then we decided on a plan of care for her. She also calmed my fears by always keeping me in the loop. Mia was much better by the following day and needless to say, I am forever grateful!

Several of my dogs have been going to PetVet365 Pet Hospital in Louisville for physical therapy for almost three years. It has been an incredible experience. One of the dogs has gone from being unable to walk to now taking steps and being mobile. Each of them gets exercise on the underwater treadmill and laser treatments. The staff there has been extremely supportive.

I can not say enough good things about this clinic. I came with my super fearful boy, Ziggy, after having many negative experiences at other clinics. Their fear-free approach is FANTASTIC. Minimizing stress and anxiety of the pets and owners is a huge part of the staff's job. The rooms are open, and don't even look like regular exam rooms; I really feel like this helps, as my boy gets really nervous as soon as we are put into an exam room. They treated Ziggy incredibly kindly, even though he was not very nice to them at either of his visits. They did not use any kind of physical restraint, and we were sent home with some medications to calm him down for his next appointment. They were able to get his exam and vaccines done at his next appointment. Everyone was gentle and understanding both times we went. I felt incredibly welcome; even though my baby boy is an a-hole, they were phenomenal. Pricing is higher than what my previous vet charges, but you definitely get what you pay for here.

Drs Greenwell and Adams are such skilled vets; this practice is professional and friendly. Anna, vet assistant, is amazing with the pets. April helps pets with mobility problems improve. My dog has had two surgeries at Petvet and is doing great. All of our pets rely on the expertise of Petvet.

After our last vet retired we were left looking for a new provider for our older dog as she had recently fallen ill. They were accommodating and willing to work her in last minute. The vet and all the support staff at this facility are excellent with our pup and the communication for follow up care has been excellent.
