This may come off bad but i am extremely frustrated witu this hospital. Came to this Animal Hospital because of the raving reviews. My 6 month old pup had a bubble on his gums that I wanted to get removed so it doesn't cause any damage to his gums or new teeth. Initial check up was $75. They took him into the backroom, examined him and said they can remove it along with other baby teeth that can be extracted. I asked what would happen after the bubble is removed, the receptionist verified with the doctor and said they would stitch up and the stitches would dissolve. They suggested I neuter my pup during the same time since he will need to be put under anesthesia and to prevent him from going under mtiple times, they can take care of both during his surgery. I agreed and scheduled the appointment. Brought him in for his appointment, filled out the paperwork and they ask if he's eaten. Yes, I fed him in the morning as I always do; he's not allowed to eat before surgery and I should've received a call the day before so they can relay these details to me. I did not receive any call. The receptionist apologize, rescheduled and asked what details I need to know before the next appointment. She reiterate not eating or drinking 12 hours before but confirmed I will definitely get a call this time. Day of the appointment (no call before but not a big deal anymore unless I get turned away for something new), drop off my pup receive a text the surgery went well and my pup is resting. I'm happy and thank them for the update; pick him up and they tell him they didn't need to pull out any teeth because they fell out on their own, I ask about the bubble since that is the only reason why I came and the receptionist had to relay multiple questions and answers from the doctor who was in the backroom. The bubble is excess tissue and is common in Boxers. Literally the only reason why I can was for them to remove the bubble, it is the only concern that is listed on the document for my initial appointment. It is what they told me would be removed. So I paid $200+ dollars at this hospital for a neuter I could've paid $30 for at the snip clinic. I am beyond frustrated. I do want to acknowledge the receptionist that helped me and tried to relay messages to/from the doctor in the back, they were nice. They allowed me to use a coupon i received from LMAS that knocked off $35 dollars but now I have to book another appointment through whoever else and my pup will need to be put under anesthesia again.

I've given 5 stars before, but needed to edit because I've been BLOWN away with them. They truly helped us in a difficult spot and I will be forever grateful. We've brought our animals here over 13+ yrs and I will continue to drive out of our way to have them be in their care. The staff is caring and they are just the best all around. I'd give 10+ stars if possible. They really care for your pets like family, and that means a lot. Because they are.

Dr. Kline and staff have taken care of our fur babies for 22+years. Many of the staff are still there after all these years, and greet us with a familiar smile. We can't say enough about the loving and caring way they treat our furry family as well as the way they treat us!

Great ladies to deal with was very accommodating to my dog and to me and my schedule.Explained everything clearly and in full.Price was more than fair and reasonable

The staff there is really helpful and explained everything so I could understand. They have helped my dog where some other vets just didn't really care or just kept prescribing meds that weren't fully helping. I also hear they have 2 new doctors.
