I called this place on 11-8-23 at 4pm about my dog who’s losing weight and sick. The woman answered the call fast and put me on hold immediately. I was 15 minutes away and said this doesn’t sound right about how she went about telling me to hold. So I chose to drive there while still on the phone “on hold.” When I finally walked into the place all the woman who work there were standing at the desk talking and laughing. I walked up and she asked “how may I help you.” I said “I’m the on hold. She said sorry and all the women looked puzzled and walked to the back. I made an appointment but highly upset. She was going to leave me waiting on the phone. I guess because they close at 5 but it was 4pm

My pup was VERY sick! I took her in twice and she was grossly misdiagnosed. She was given all the wrong meds and I was OUT several hundred dollars!!!! Thankfully, I found a knowledgeable Vet to properly diagnose and treat her. It was a very traumatic experience!!!! Lasting 10 plus days, I should add. I also have to say, we should all be in tune to what our pets pick up about people, they KNOW more than we do! I should have known, by her behavior, that I was initially in the WRONG place!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Other clinics around here will look for any reason to charge you for any thing and everything, even at the expense of your pet. They listened to what I asked for, gave me what my dog needed, and sent me on my way. Hands down best veterinarian experience I've ever had. THANK YOU!!!
