I am not sure I have enough words to say how wonderful my experience at Eastern Shore Animal Hospital was! Shannon the who was a the front desk was very caring about my newly acquired dog. She was very professional while at the same time very warm and welcoming. When I returned Dr. Purcell's call, she came right to the phone and spent as much time as I needed to fully understand what was happening with Atticus. At the end of the day she made a point of coming up front to meet me and explain all of his medications. I highly recommend you check out this practice.

Everyone was so kind and patient with us. My dog has a traumatic past and is scared of everything and everyone. They were so understanding and made her as comfortable as possible and listened to all of my concerns. I was also so pleasantly surprised at how affordable our visit was, even with medication. We will most definitely be coming back!

This was our first visit and we were thoroughly impressed with Eastern Shore Pet Hospital!! Our 74# beast beagle Dexter hates going to the doctor. When Dr Jennifer walked in I think he fell in love 😍!! It has always taken at least three or four people to sit on top of him for the doctor to look inside of his ears safely, but not today, he just sat there and let her look without fighting at all❣️ I was in total disbelief, I just could not hardly believe that he was letting her do it that easy. Since our other vet has retired, this is our first time seeing someone new….I think we’ve found a new Vet!!

I am so happy with this clinic and Dr. Purcell. I have taken both of my dogs there and recently got my puppy spayed. A very caring competent staff and Dr. Purcell is the best!

Dr. Purcell and staff are wonderful! My pup just had work done on his teeth. Dr. Purcell called with updates during the procedure, which set my mind at ease. Very kind, knowledgeable and gentle with our angels, couldn't ask for more.
