Description Located on the grounds of Grand Hotel Fish Camp since 1958 we provide Boarding, Training, Daycare, Grooming and Adventure for Dogs and their people. Our boarding facilities include luxury in home, in suites and kennel facility. All sleeping quarters are indoors climate controlled, have music and air sanitation. We are a gated facility, open 6 days a week, by appointment, 0700 for drop off, 0800 for pick up, Closing at 1730 except by appointments and emergencies. In case we are out on our daily adventures, We need approx. 15 minutes notice to let you inside the gates, Best to use our app or call/text our office phone.

We love Julius and Frank. Our dog Eva had a very bad experience at a previous kennel and I was scared to take her anywhere. Frank and Julius worked hard with Eva to build her confidence. I would never leave Eva anywhere else. She goes to daycare once a week. They truly love what they do and it shows with the amount of growth our dog Eva has shown. She walks better on leash, plays with other dogs, and is just all around happier thanks to them. Eva always comes home happy and tired. So thankful we found Belle Shain Kennels!

Not good sorry. 😐 After I left this post Frank called me rudly. And didn't let me explain. And now Frank puts lies on this post. I was nvr told ot was a free trim I told Him how much I had been paying. And I did wait 15 mins, the guy on a goft cart drove up beside Me N my Husband who heard Frank's wife on the my radio , she was nice said she was just up the road at dollar general, nvr mention a family member as he has put it..I waited 15 mins drove in to wait cause the guy let us in..he came back to my car said he was the groomer and I could leave My dog with him. So I felt alittle uneased..I haven't meet Frank wife yet or went he one of those buildings to see anything or see any other dogs . 🤔 so Me n My husband left. He took this all wrong My pet is my child..no going to just drop off n leave. Sure should be unstandable..

Very pleased with Frank, Jamie, and all the great people at Belle Shain!! I contacted Frank when I was about at my wit’s end with our puppy, Cross. He was biting/chewing excessively (on me mostly), he was unable to walk on a leash, and he was just not doing well. Within a matter of weeks, Frank and his team have taught Cross how to behave better, he has learned commands, and he is a more pleasant dog to be around. I can tell Cross loves being at Belle Shain, too. He enjoys playing with other dogs, running around, and swimming in the river. Definitely helpful for training and burning off all of that puppy energy!

Thanks to the direction of Frank and Julius at Belle Shain Kennels, my dog is not the same dog that would gleefully run away while I helplessly called after her. Now my dog has learned to come when called, whether there is a leash on her or not. Frank and Julius even went the extra mile to help desensitize my dog to cats and also to chickens. I was welcomed to practice off-leash recalls at the farm even on days in which we did not have a formal lesson which helped provide a safe environment. To top it all off, Frank took the time and energy to evaluate my dog for the AKC's Community Canine and Urban Canine Good Citizen tests. My dog passed them both and no doubt the serious work we did at Belle Shain Kennels set us up for success with the tests as well.

I trained my two dogs Dixie and Maddie with Frank and Jamie at Belle Shain Kennels. It has made a huge difference in how much enjoyment I get from my dogs now they will sit, heel and place. I highly recommend their training facility. My dogs love it there. I still take my them for kenneling when I travel and day care boarding too. Frank does tune ups on Saturdays at the Woof Bar, I think that’s more tuning up the trainer than the dog🐶. Great people and wonderful property for the dogs to play.

Great training and boarding program! Our dog spent about 3 months with Frank working on general obedience and then progressing from there. He is very knowledgeable and patient, incorporating training sessions with my husband and I throughout the months as well. Our dog enjoyed her time there! During her time there our dog also required some vet attention (preexisting issue) and Frank did not hesitate to get her into his vet for care. Would definitely recommend Frank and his training program to other dog owners!
