I'm forever grateful for this business. They were so respectful and emotionally involved when my companion Murphy brown suddenly passed. They handled him with such care. They have affordable prices we were able to have him privately cremated to keep him forever. They have so many different choices of actual urns instead of tin cans. We received his ashes back in a beautiful engraved box along with a clay paw print that was already baked. When picking his remains they make sure you are who you say you are. They make sure you are the absolute owner before handing over the remains. I honestly feel this facility is best in our local parkland, spanaway area. Even if you're unsure give them a call for more information.

Compassionate and knowledgeable. Very comprehensive. Staff is the tops. Friendly, well organized and upbeat. Don't know about price comparisons. But have been with them for forty years. Dr. Renner is wonderful. My Charlie adores them.

Brought my rescue dog here after he had a severe flea bite reaction. The doctor and nurses were very gentle, sweet, and encouraging. My sweet dog has been recovering very well and it's thanks to this outstanding crew!

Dr. Mark Pederson has taken good care of our animals for more than 25 years. Yesterday he was so good with my golden retriever, Finn, who was limping and couldn't put weight on his back right leg. Finn innately trusts Mark and let him examine him. As Finn's human, I deeply appreciate Dr. Mark.

I like this place for my cat because everytime I go there I always see the same doctor. When I took my cat other places it always seemed that it was a different doctor. The doctor actually sits down to explain stuff with me and he never seems to trying to rush. Very good place for animal care
