After nearly a year of attempting to get Knight Wildlife to complete the nearly $4000 contract we signed, I finally had to file a claim with his insurance as well as take him to small claims court. The insurance company found Knight was responsible for $3700 worth of damage to my roof and they reimbursed me. However, I still had to hire another company to get rid of my unwanted pests, so I took him to small claims. The judge ruled in my favor that Knight Wildlife was responsible for paying another $4000 to reimburse me for the new exterminator. I was not awarded a refund for Knight's services. Knight had 30 days to pay me, and it's been 2 months. Judgement attached. Damaged roof pictures attached. This is the quality of work Knight Wildlife does. Clearly he does not stand by his work, as he is refusing to pay a legal judgement against his company. I would avoid this company at all costs. The owner, Chase Knight, is rude, arrogant, aggressive and completely unqualified to be working on anyone's roof, as the pictures indicate. I'm quite sure that the owner will respond to this review and argue all points, as he did in front of a judge. But the fact is, this judge in the state of Washington found him liable. His own insurance company found him liable. And he still refuses to admit that he made mistakes and botched this job. Mr. Knight, do you pay your legally obligated debts? I'm waiting.

I called Knight Wildlife when I discovered I had a family a long tailed weasels nesting in my crawlspace. This was the only company that I called that wasn’t going to trap and kill weasels which I did not want to do. Extremely grateful for their method of removing the weasels that didn’t harm them. After the weasels were safely out of the crawl space, Chase and his assistant did an awesome job of removing the contaminated vapor barrier, installing a new one, replacing the insulation that had been used for nesting and disinfecting the crawl space. Highly recommend Knight Wildlife!

Chase came and did a major job in the crawlspace at our rental that has been neglected for many years including: removal of a dead raccoon, removal of animal feces, removal of insulation that has fallen off, cleanup of other debris, and reinforcing the entry points - all in a crawlspace that is very tight and hard to maneuver. He did an excellent job! I'm about to use his services again to install new insulation and insulate all of the pipes underneath the house which I have every confidence of him doing another great job!

Knight Wildlife took my call and came out the same day to dispose of a mature doe that we discovered had passed away on our property. I appreciate their prompt service so that we could avoid more odor and also more pest problems from the decaying body.

Chase was a good communicator. He was quick and was able to get to my small project in just a couple of days. Chase was not afraid of a grisly job and he got it done fast with no collateral damage to my very fragile home. He was professional and thorough. Couldn't be happier with the service.
