Idk what the hell was wrong with the receptionist! You’d think they’d be a little kinder at a place meant for receiving help for low income families! She wanted to try and yell at me because SHE didn’t relay the information she needed to! Saying “STOP, I’m the one who made all the calls and emails” well miss ma’am you did your job wrong! Because here ya go, the email YOU sent with NO mention of bringing a single form of ANYTHING! But have the day you deserve! ☺️

Amazing experience. The staff does so much to show that they care about the community. The Executive Director is an amazing woman who devotes her life to being a pillar in the city.

Truly grateful for the help. The woman who runs this program puts a lot of effort into making our family's have gifts for both birthdays and other holidays. Last Christmas 🎄 was a blessing. THANK YOU

So judging by the previous reviews I am not the only one. Martha is one of the rudest people I have ever came in contact with. I believe she was the lady on the phone today. Before I could even ask my question she interrupted me and said they were open until 3pm. I said that's not what I was calling for. She goes okay well I'm helping like 3 people right now we are really busy. Well why did you answer the phone then? People already feel bad enough needing help so why would you make us feel even worse by being rude? Treat people with respect regardless their social status.

I have told them that my issues regarding not having child care for my children due to their diagnosis’s and they really do not seem to care at all. All she asked me was for me to just get to the point. Super aggressive and super rude. Horrible that this is suppose to be a place of refugee and acceptance of bad times for people and being meet with aggression when already dealing with depression due to my current life situation is extremely distasteful. I hope no one ever experiences the same problems I just had with Mary and Margaret. Shame on both of you!
