Love this place. They’ve been taking care of my boys for years, they send reminder emails when shots are due. My boy came down with an eye infection last night and they were amazing enough to squeeze us in within an hour of calling for an appointment. This isn’t the norm, but it’s nice to have a vet that is willing to take care of us during an emergency instead of sending us to urgent care.

They were really sweet. Took great care of Pip and Winnie! Poor Pip is being treated for conjunctivitis. The doctors and vet techs are always so good with my babies! They are lucky fur babies! Thank you!

Nothing but greatness. From scheduling online to text chat. Upon arrival, everyone was great. The vet techs were all great. The veterinarian was great. The front room to the pet room was very clean. Everyone was really helpful. We will surely make this our go-to veterinarian needs.

14 years ago I walked into the Washoe county animal shelter, and left with a beautiful, mix dachshund named Betty. She had a hard start in life, as a breeder for a puppy mill. Underweight and shy it took her a couple of months to get used to a yard and not a cage. Betsey loved everyone and everyone loved her. Today with the help of the staff and DR. She was put to sleep. I can't tell you how caring, and considerate the whole staff was. Thank you for the kindness you showed Betsey and to me.

The staff is extremely professional and courteous. I brought a new boy here for an initial meet and greet, and was appreciative of the relaxed atmosphere inside. Lenny had a great appointment, thank you all for a good experience.

Trying to make this short but it was just s bad experience. I adopted an older cat on Saturday and the NHS said included was a free health exam - said they would check for preexisting conditions and if I treat them, I’d get $250 off. I wasn’t going to use it. I’ve had cats my whole life and she seemed healthy. I got concerned she wasn’t eating much so by day 5, I called to schedule and when they asked if I had concerns, I explained lack of appetite/not eating. I got there, and as soon as I told the vet the same thing, she went to town suggesting tests, bloodwork, xrays, etc., to check for preexisting conditions… when I refused because I was concerned about the cost, she said the assistant will be back to go over cost options… the assistant said nothing was covered in the “free” exam, so I refused. Then she said for me to wait while she checked if today’s visit was covered under the “free” exam (the vet checked her heart, ears and teeth, and gave me no feedback other than dehydration, then maybe a heart murmur but might be because the cat was nervous). Laughable. I went to a 2nd vet, who examined her, explained everything she was checking, and said it was normal for cats and based on exam was healthy other than dehydration, suggested a fluid treatment, which I gladly paid for, and said if she didn’t start eating by Saturday (a week), I should bring her back. Today is Saturday and my new is now eating, playing with toys, and has gotten so much better/seems normal now that she had a wellness exam and fluid treatment for dehydration.
